Those who eat those dry fish , shrimp they will enjoy these curries. This can be cook </p><p>with the brinjal or ridgegourd. </p><p>Now its tough to bring dry fish to USA. But don't worry now we can get salted fish and dry fish here.</p><p> We get variety of salted fishes here. Ok lets go the recipe</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><iframe allowfullscreen="" class="BLOG_video_class" height="266" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/MFsL7k5rhO4" width="320" youtube-src-id="MFsL7k5rhO4"></iframe></div><br /><p><br /></p><p>Ingredients:</p><p>Salted fish- 10 pieces</p><p>Brinjal-6 small</p><p>Onions- big 1 onion</p><p>Salt to taste</p><p>Chilli powder to taste</p><p>Turmeric</p><p>Oil-2 tsp</p><p>Preparations: Cut the fish into pieces as shown in the video.</p><p>Cut the onion into small pieces.</p><p>Cut the brinjal into length wise pieces.</p><p>Method:</p><p>Place the pan add oil and heat it.</p><p> When it gets heat add the onion pieces and fry until light brown.</p><p>When the onion gets cooked add the salt and chilli powder. Mix well and cook for 1 minute.</p><p>Add the brinjal pieces and mix well. All the masala should covered well to the brinjal.</p><p>Now add the water and curry leaves cover it and make it boil.</p><p> When the water boils well now add the fish pieces . Ok lets go the recipe</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><iframe allowfullscreen="" class="BLOG_video_class" height="266" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/Mi0qRAb44fA" width="320" youtube-src-id="Mi0qRAb44fA"></iframe></div><br /><p><br /></p><p>Ingredients:</p><p>Rice flour-2 cups</p><p>Salt to taste</p><p>Chilli powder to taste</p><p>Oil 3 cups</p><p>Sesame Seeds-2 tsp</p><p>Ajwain-1/2 tsp</p><p>Butter-2 tsp</p><p>Jeera-1 tsp</p><p>Water for 2 cups rice flour we use 1 and 1/2 cup water</p><p><br /></p><p>Preparation:</p><p>Take rice flour in the bowl.</p><p>Add the ajwain, salt, chilli powder, sesame seeds one by one in the rice flour.</p><p>Whisk it well Keep it aside</p><p>In another wide deep bottomed pan add the butter and heat it.</p><p>When it gets heat add the jeera and fry it.</p><p>Now add the water and make it boil</p><p>When water starts to boil add the flour and mix it well</p><p>Fry for 2 minutes and later off the heat.</p><p>Now cover with lid and keep it aside for 20 minutes.</p><p>after 20 minutes now take the mixture on the kitchen island or big wide bowl.</p><p>Mix the dough by adding little little water to make smooth dough.</p><p>This is the time we can check the salt nd spicy for the dough.</p><p>Now make small potions of dough.</p><p>Now take the murukku press and select the chegodalu mould.</p><p>Now apply oil to the murukku press and take some dough in the murukku press. Now press like a string .</p><p>Now cut equally as shown here. Now make small rings and keep this aside.</p><p>Do all the dough small chegodalu.</p><p>Now take pan and add oil and heat it.</p><p>When the oil gets heat add small pieces and check whether the oil gets hat or not. To this add the peanuts and dry roast in low flame until it roast well.</p><p>Tip When the peanuts skin comes out easily then we can tell the peanuts are roasted well.</p><p> Take out from pan and make it cool</p><p>Now in same pan add 4 tsp of urad dal and dry roast in low flame until light brown.</p><p>Add 1/4 th cup dry coconut and fry it well</p><p>Add the dry red chillies and fry until roast well.</p><p>Add jeera and curry leaves. Fry until the curry leaves fried well.</p><p>Tip: When the leaves crushed then the curry leaves fried well.</p><p>Add the tamarind and mix well. Now off the heat and make it cool</p><p>Now all the fried stuff cooled well. To this add the dry roasted chana dal..</p><p>Take the roasted chana dal fried stuff, garlic and salt. Blend to smooth powder</p><p>Take the powder and save the powder in the clean jar.</p><p>This can be stored in the fridge for 2 months and more.</p><p>How to use:</p><p>Take the required amount of mix in the bowl and mix with water.</p><p>We can add the more or less water depends on our chutney consistency.</p><p>Now add seasoning.</p><p>Place the pan and add the oil and when oil gets heat add the mustard seeds,jeera,dry red chilli pieces,curry leaves and hing. Add the seasong to the chutney. Roast the spices till nice aroma comes. Off the heat and make it cool. Now grind the roasted masala to powder. Mix well. Add water and clean well with water. Later drain the water and Add fresh water until it soak .Soak this for 5 hours.</p><p>Method:</p><p>This we can cook in Pressure cooker or Instant Pot</p><p>On the Ip and select the Saute mode.</p><p>When it gets heat add 2 tsp ghee . When it gets heat add the mustard seeds,jeera,dry red chillies,curry leaves, chopped Ginger pieces and hing.</p><p>Mix it well.</p><p>Now add Chopped veggies carrot ,beans, drumstick and peas. Mix it well and fry for 1 to 2 minutes.</p><p>Now add soaked millets and daal mix it well and fry for 1 to 2 minutes.</p><p>Now add turmeric, Sambar powder or bisibhelbhat powder and little chilli powder to taste.</p><p>Mix it well.</p><p>Now add tamarind juice and chopped tomato .Mix it well.</p><p>Now add required amount of water ,salt ,little garam masala and jaggery. Add required amount of water .</p><p> Soak it for 6 hours.</p><p>After 6 hours drain the water and add beans in a steel bowl </p><p>Add water in instant pot and place the pot as shown here. Set pressure time for 25.</p><p>After pressure goes down. Open the lid. The beans are cooked</p><p>Drain the beans.(Save the beans water for rasam or soups)</p><p><br /></p><p>Method:</p><p>Chop both the onion and bell pepper.</p><p>Place the pan add oil and heat it. Add the onions and pepper</p><p>Cook till the onions turn to light brown</p><p>Now the onions and peppers cooked. Make it cool</p><p>Now add the beans in the chopper and chop it</p><p>Now add the cooked beans and onions too and chop it. Add this spice too</p><p>This can be done in the blender too. Add required amount of spice and salt too. Add the jeera and turmeric. Mix it well</p><p>When the onions are transparent add the ginger garlic paste and fry it till the raw smell goes</p><p>Add all the chopped veggies and mix it well</p><p>Add chopped tomatoes and mix it well</p><p>Add the Pav bhaji Masala, Salt, Kashmiri chilli powder mix it well and f then add required amount of water</p><p>Now close the lid and close the vent. Add oil and fry the onions</p><p>Mix it well</p><p>Add salt , Add masala powder Add turmeric too Mix it well</p><p>Cook the onions till it turns transparent</p><p>Now the onions cooked well .Take out from the pot and keep this aside</p><p>Now in the same pot add the oil and ghee heat it. When it gets heat add the cashew and whole spices</p><p>Add the slit green chillies and fry it add curry leaves , turmeric ginger garlic paste too. Mix it well.</p><p>Add 3 big pieces of tomatoes mix it well and cook till it becomes soft</p><p>Now the tomatoes are soft</p><p>Here are the marinated shrimp to marinate add the salt, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste to the shrimp</p><p> and keep aside for 30 minutes</p><p>Add to the pan and mix it well.</p><p>Cover it and cook for 2 to 3 minutes</p><p>Now add the gongura paste mix it well .
