Coconut Macaroons

Hai friends today i am coming with nice and tasty recipe "Coconut Macaroons".This is very simple and easy to prepare.I saw this recipe in TV and i really love it and give a try it came out good.Everybody going to love this recipe.Ok lets go to the recipe

Ingredients:

Sweetened shredded coconut- 14 ounces packet
Sweetened condensed milk-14 ounces(1 tin)
Vanilla extract-1 tsp
Eggs-2
Salt -little pinch
 
Method:
 
First preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
 
Now take the eggs and separate the whites and yolks.
 
Now combine the coconut, condensed milk, and vanilla in a large bowl and keep it aside.
 
Keep it aside.
Whip the egg whites in the bowl with the electric mixer until they make medium-firm peaks.
To the egg whites add the vanila essence and salt mix it carefully.
Carefully add the egg whites into the coconut mixture.Mix it well.
Drop the batter onto sheet pans lined with aluminium foil with butter rubbed on it.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown.


 Cool and serve.

Macaroni Payasam

Hai friends today i am coming with nice sweet called "Macaroni Payasam".This sounds interesting but tastes good.Most of people prepare pasta ,soup or Mac cheese with macaroni.My mom used to prepare this payasam.My sister love this sweet.This is very easy to prepare .Kids love to eat this sweet.Ok lets go to the recipe

Ingredients:

Macaroni-1 cup
Milk-3 cups
Sugar-Less than 1 cup(use acc to ur taste)
Condensed milk-2 tsp
Saffrom few strands
Rice flour-2 tsp
Ghee-2 tsp
Cashew nuts-2 tsp
Raisns-2 tsp

Preparations:

Take 2 tsp of warm milk and soak the saffron and keep it aside.

Take 2 tsp of rice flour and add some water and make batter and keep it aside.

Method:

First boil the milk in the deep bottomed vessel.
When the milk starts to boil slowly add the macaroni by mixing continously.
Immediately mix it well otherwise it sticks to each other.
This takes 5 minutes to cook.
Now add the sugar and the condensed milk and mix it well.
 


 
Finally add the rice flour batter and saffron milk .
Mix well.
Now take the small pan and add the ghee.
When the ghee gets heat add the cashew and raisns fry it till the cashew turns to light brown and the raisns starts to expand.
Now off the heat  and add to the payasam.
Finally add the saffron strands and mix well.
Serve it.

Panasatonalu or Sampangi puvvulu(Sweet)

Hai friends today i am coming with nice sweet called "Panasatonalu or Sampangi puvvulu".This is very nice sweet and we can store this for more than 15  to 20 days.If we store this fridge it can stay for 1 month.This sweet takes some time to prepare but finally we can have the taste.First i taste this in my friends house.I asked for the recipe and try this we all love it.During Thanksgiving my co-sister and brother-in-law visit us for them i prepared the sweet.We all enjoy the sweet.Ok lets go to the recipe

Ingredients:

Maida-1 cup
Baking powder-1 tsp
Ghee-1 tsp
Water required to mix the dough
Oil-2 cups

For syrup:

Sugar-1 cup
Water-1/2 cup

Method:

Take the wode bowl and add the maida,baking powder and whisk it well.
To this add ghee and required amount of water and make it like the chapathi dough.
Make small balls with the dough.
Now take one ball roll it in the flour and make the round disc like the chapathi.
Now make the slits as shown in the pic.
Then roll it or roll it like the hand fan.Do all the dough like that.
Now place the oil in the kadai for deep frying.
When the oil gets slowly drop the panasatonalu one by one.
 
Fry this till it turns to golden brown.
Take out from the oil and drain it on the paper to absorb excess oil.

How to make syrup:

Place the pan add the sugar and water mix it well.
When the syrup gets to one string consistency off the heat and keep it aside.(To know when the syrup is one string consistency.Take a bowl of water and add little syrup and it forms like strings.)

How to make Panasatonalu:

Now the panasatonalu and Sugar syrup is ready.
Place the panasatonalu in the syrup and coat well with the syrup.
Take  out from the srrup and make it dry.
When it gets cool the syrup sticks to the panasatonalu.
Now the Panasatonalu are ready.
