Long Green Brinjal Chutney

Hai friends today i am coming with new recipe called"Long Green Brinjal Chutney".This brinjal we get during summer.This look very fresh and cute.This brinjal is good for chutney and pickles.This time i didnt grind the chutney .I prepared in the mortar and pestle.Ok lets go to the recipe


Long green Brinjal-1/2 lb
Green chillies-5
Garlic-1 pod
Coriander leaves handsful
Tamarind small lemon size
salt to taste
Turmeric little pinch
Onions(chopped)-3 tsp
Oil -1 tsp


Cut the brinjal in chuncks and clean well with water.

Method:First cut and clean the brinjal
Take a pan and add the oil.

Add the brinjal and turmeric.Mix it well.

Cover it and cook until the brinjal cooks well.

Finally add green chillies and garlic and cook for 1 more minute.

Make this completely cool down.

When it gets cool add in the mortar and hit it slowly.

Now add the tamarind,salt,green chillies ,coriander one by one

Mix it well.
Finally add the chopped onions and mix it well.

Now the chuteny is ready.
Serve it with hot steamed rice or roti.

Its 4 in 1 sulfate free and non drying gently washes away the dirt and the makeup soothes and tones skin.Good for all types of skin.I will try this.

I never tried this will try it,

I really like it and already start using it.

 Crownbrush tweezer.
 Nickak Newyork quad eye shadow.I really like these clours.I already used it.Love it.

Falooda Icecream

Hai friends today i am coming with nice and tasty Ice cream called"Falooda Icecream".This is simple and easy to prepare.In one icecream store i tried this icecream.I really became big fan to that icecream.Soon i searched for the recipe in the internet and find out how to prepare .Soon i give a try.It came out good.But i did little mistake.I took more heavy cream.So it came little creamy.Ok lets go to the recipe.


Heavy cream-1/2 cup
Milk-1 cup
Sabja Seeds-1 tsp
Rooafzja-4 tsp


Soak the sabja seeds in the water for 30 minutes.

First we have clean the icecream base with water and freeze this for atleast 24 hours.

Take the milk and heavy cream in a bowl.Mix it well.

To this add the soaked sabja seeds and rooafzja mix it well.

place the mixture in the fridge for atleast 2 hours.


Now take the icecream base bowl from the freezer and set the machine well.
Now pour the falooda  mixture in the icecream machine and switch on the machine and run this for 15 to 30 minutes.

now the icecream is ready.

Place it in the freezer and have it whenever we want.

Serve it cold.

Tip of the day-7(Avoid soaking the soap in the soap box)

Hai friends today I am coming with new tip called "Avoid soaking the soap in the soap box".Using this tip the soap wont soak in the water.With the help of this tip we can save lots of soaps.My mom used this tip.So I too follow the tip.Ok lets see

What we need:

Sponge -1(this we can get in all stores)I bought this in dollar tree.

How to use.

Take the whole sponge or cut how much u require.
Place it on the soap box.
It will absorb all the water.
With this tip the soap doesn't get messy.

Beetroot Salad

Hai friends today i am coming with one more salad called Beetroot salad.This is good for side dish.I saw this recipe in TV.This is very easy and tasty.I changed little changes in the recipe.But it tastes great.Ok lets go to the reecipe


Beet root-2
Garlic chopped-1 tsp
Orange juice-1/4th cup
Olive oil-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Dried oregano little


First peel the skin of the beetroot and cut it into chuncks as shown in the pic.
Take deep bottomed pan add water until the beetroot chunks immerse in the water.
Make it boil as shown in the pic.

 To this add the salt and mix it well.The beetroot chuncks should not be overcooked.
When the beetroot pieces are slighthly cooked immediatly drain them in the colander.


Take the orange and cut it into half.Squeeze the juice in the cup.To this add the salt,pepper,olive oil and chopped garlic one by one mix it well.

Add the dressing on the beetroot chuncks.Mix it well.

Finally sprinkle some dried or fresh oregano to give extra flavour.
