Hai friends today I am coming with yummy and tasty recipe called "Bean Dip". This is very tasty and healthy dip. This can be have it like dip or spread on the bread. I enjoyed both ways. I tried in Quesadilla too. Which is very tasty too. Homemade dip is always best and tasty. We can make it according to our taste, Today i am coming with simple and best dip. Ok lets go to the recipe
Ingredients:
Rajma Beans-1 cup(You can use any kind of beans)
Onion-1
Bell Pepper-1(You can use corn too)
Salt to taste
Oil-2 tsp
Southwest chipotle Spice-to taste
Preparations:
Take Rajma beans in a bowl. Add required amount of water .
Soak it for 6 hours.
After 6 hours drain the water and add beans in a steel bowl
Add water in instant pot and place the pot as shown here. Set pressure time for 25.
After pressure goes down. Open the lid. The beans are cooked
Drain the beans.(Save the beans water for rasam or soups)
Method:
Chop both the onion and bell pepper.
Place the pan add oil and heat it. Add the onions and pepper
Cook till the onions turn to light brown
Now the onions and peppers cooked. Make it cool
Now add the beans in the chopper and chop it
Now add the cooked beans and onions too and chop it. Add this spice too
This can be done in the blender too. Add required amount of spice and salt too. Blend it
Now the chunky dip is ready(this can be done in both smooth and chunky)
Serve it with chips
