Bean(Rajma Bean/Kidney beans) dip

 Hai friends today I am coming with yummy and tasty recipe called "Bean Dip". This is very tasty and healthy dip. This can be have it like dip or spread on the bread. I enjoyed both ways. I tried in Quesadilla too. Which is very tasty too.  Homemade dip is always best and tasty. We can make it according to our taste, Today i am coming with simple and best dip. Ok lets go to  the recipe




Ingredients:

Rajma Beans-1 cup(You can use any kind of beans)

Onion-1

Bell Pepper-1(You can use corn too) 

Salt to taste

Oil-2 tsp

Southwest chipotle Spice-to taste


Preparations:

Take Rajma beans in a bowl. Add required amount of water .

 Soak it for 6 hours.

After 6 hours drain the water and add beans in a steel bowl 

Add water in instant pot and place the pot as shown here. Set pressure time for 25.

After pressure goes down. Open the lid. The beans are cooked

Drain the beans.(Save the beans water for rasam or soups)


Method:

Chop both the onion and bell pepper.

Place the pan add oil and heat it. Add the onions and pepper

Cook till the onions turn to light brown

Now the onions and peppers cooked. Make it cool

Now add the beans in the chopper and chop it

Now add the cooked beans and onions too and chop it. Add this spice too

This can be done in the blender too. Add required amount of spice  and  salt too. Blend it

Now the chunky dip is ready(this can be done in both smooth and chunky)

Serve it with chips

Tofu Tacos

 Hai friends today I am coming with yummy and tasty  recipe called  "Tofu Tacos" .I love tacos .I tried 

veg ,fish and shrimp tacos.  But today i am sharing the tofu tacos. This we can try with paneer too .The

 substitute  for tortillas are roti .We can substitute sweet peppers with capsicum. We can add lettuce 

too .I don't have on that day





Ingredients:          


Baked Tofu   

Tofu  1 pack   

Ginger Garlic paste-1 tsp                    

   Chilli powder little

Lemon juice-2 tsp

Chilli sauce-1/2 tsp

Oil- 1 tsp


Salsa

Tomatoes-2

Onion small-1

Coriander leaves-Handsful

Salt to taste

Chilli powder to taste

Lemon-1


Pepper fry

Pepper-8

Onion-1

Salt to taste

Pepper powder little

Oil=1 tsp


Corn tortillas/Flour Tortillos-1 pack

Sour cream-1 pack(If not you can use thick yogurt)

Avocado-1


Baked Tofu:

Take the tofu out from the pack and put some weight on the tofu to leaves water.


After that cut the tofu like strips as shown in the pic 



Take a bowl add ginger garlic paste ,salt , chilli  powde r,chilli sauce ,oil and lemon juice one by one.



Add tofu pieces in the mixture


Mix it gently .Coat the tofu with mixture well

Cover it and marinate for 30 minutes

After that line all the tofu pieces on the aluminium tray as shown in the pic

Place the tray in the oven and bake for 20 minutes .Toast for 400F for 20 minutes

After 20 minutes take out from oven flip the other side

bake it again for 10 mintes

Take out from the oven

Now the tofu is ready


Salsa

Take chopper and add the tomatoes, onions ,coriander leaves, salt, chilli powder, lemon juice one by one(If we dont have chopper you can add the everything in the jar and pulse it)





Cover it and pull the string


Now the salsa is ready


Pepper Fry




Cut the peppers and onions as shown in the pic

Place the pan add oil and heat it

To this add the onions and fry for 2 minutes


When onions are fried little add the peppers too

Add salt and pepper powder and fry for 2 to 3 minutes
The peppers should not be soft

Now peppers are ready


Now all the stuffings are ready



First warm the tortillos



Now arrange all the stuffings on the tortillas as shown in the pic

Khara Buns/Spicy Buns(Tea Time Snack)

 Hai friends today I am coming with yummy and tasty recipe called "Khara Buns/Spicy Buns" .This is very tasty recipe .This I prepared using bread maker .Without bread maker also u can make it .Without bread maker we have to mix well with our hands .Its eggless too .Ok lets go the recipe





Ingredients:

Wheat flour-2 cups

Maida/All purpose flour-1 cup

Yeast-1 1/2 tsp

Sugar-1 tsp

Salt to taste

chilli powder-1/2 tsp

Milk -1 cup+2 tsp

Butter-1/4th cup

Onion chopped-1/2 cup

green chilli chopped-1 tsp

curry leaves chopped-2tsp

jeera -1 tsp

Garlic chopped-1 tsp

red chilli pepper flakes-1 tsp



Preparations:

How to activate yeast:

Take 1 cup warm milk and add the sugar  and yeast
.Mix it well and keep aside for 5 minutes to activate the yeast.



Now the yeast is activated


How to prepare the Dough

Place the bread machine



Now add the wheat flour , maida , salt ,chilli powder ,butter ,milk and yeast mixture ,chopped onions ,,chopped coriander ,chopped curry leaves ,chopped garlic  ,jeera , chilli flakes and chopped chillies one by one











Now set the dough mode in the bread maker .Cover it. It mixes well and make it rest.


After 1 hour the dough rises double in size

Now take out and apply 1 tsp butter and mix it well for 1 minute


Take the pan and apply butter 

Now cut the dough in the equal parts as shown in the pic.
Take out little and make a small ball


Arrange in the pan as shown in the pic


Now cover it with wet cloth and keep it aside for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes the dough balls become little big.Apply milk to get good colour.

Preheat the oven to 356F/180 C

When it gets required temperature place the pan and bake it for 30 minutes.



After 30 minutes the buns are done

Take out from oven and apply butter

After applying butter it gets nice and good colour and taste.

Now the buns are ready to serve
