Ingredients:
Goat Keema-2 lbs
Onions(big)-3
Tomato-1
Green chillies-
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Curry leaves few
Turmeric little pinch
Salt to taste
Chilli powder to taste
Garam Masala-1 tsp
Whole Garam Masala(Elachi,Cloves,Cinnamon)-2 to 3(each)
Pepper(Whole)-5 ot 6
Pudina-few or 1/2 cup
Coriander Leaves-few
Oil-2 tsp(Use less oil because the meat itself looses oil)
Preparations:
First we have to clean the keema with the water and keep it aside.
Chop the onions,green chillies,Tomato and the coriander leaves and keep it aside.
Method:
I cook this the Pressure cooker to cook quickly.
Place the cooker and heat it.When it gets heat add the oil.
Now add the whole spices and the chopped green chillies and fry for 1 minute.
Add the chopped onions and turmeric and mix well cook this low heat until the onions turns light brown.
To this add the cleaned keema and mix well this for 2 minutes.
Now add the ginger garlic paste and cook until the raw smell goes.
Add all the spices powders garam masala,Dhaniya jeera powder,Chilli Powder and salt mix it well cook this for 5 minutes.
Finally add the chopped Tomato,pudina and coriander leaves mix well and add the water till it dissolves or less.
Cook this for 5 to 6 whistles after that switch off the heat.
When it gets cool remove the cap and check the weather the meat get cooked.
If u feel it is too water again switch on the heat and cook this to evoparate the water and the curry gets close and it is ready to serve.
Serve this with hot rice,fried rice or Roti.
