Stuffed Aratikaya Bajji(Stuffed Plantain Pakora)

Hai friends today i am coming with the Yummy Yummy recipe called "Stuffed Aratikaya Bajji".This is very tasty and easy to prepare.By stuffing it gives nice taste to the pakora.This is very easy to prepare and everyone going to love this.This goes nice to this cold weather.I love to have it in rainy and cold weather.Ok lets go tthe recipe.

Ingredients:

Plantain-1
Besan -1 cup
Rice flour-2 tsp(It gives nice cruncy texture to the pakora)
Baking soda-1/4 th tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli powder acc to ur taste
Ajwain(Vaamu)-1/2 tsp(Dont add more it gives bitter taste)
Water to mix the batter
Oil -2 cups(For deep frying)

For stuffing:

Onions-2(chopped)

Salt to taste
Chilli powder-Acc to ur taste
Lemon juice-2 tsp

Preparations:

Clean the Plantain well with water and peel the skin and cut it into circles and keep it aside.




Batter:

Take the bowl and add the besan,rice flour,ajwain,baking soda,salt ,cjilli powder and whisk it well.
To this add the water and make it like the dosa batter consistency or little thick.













Now keep it aside.

Onion Masala:
Take the bowl and add the onions,salt,chilli powder and lemon juice and mix it well.



Method:

Place the deep fryiong pan and add the oil and heat it.
When it gets heat add little batter to test weather it gets heat.
Now take the platain piece and dip in the batter and the batter should coated  and slowly drop in the heated oil.

For 1 minute it gets cooked and turns to light brown ann turn to other side and cook well.
Take out from the oil and place on the paper to absorb excess oil.
Do all the same.
Serve it hot.

How to serve:

Slit open the plantain pakora and stuff the onion masala.
Now have it.Yummyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.
