Healthy Porridge

Hai friends today i am coming with the Healthy and tasty recipe called Healthy Porridge.This is a powder made with the some lentils,oats,barley and some healthy stuff.This i saw in some website dont remember but i saw this recipe in the event conducted by KiranJay.I really love it and give a try.Its tasty.It takes some time to prepare.This we can have it at breakfast.All ages can have this porridge.Ok lets go to the recipe.

Ingredients:

Sprouts-2 cups(I use whole moong,chick peas,black chana)
              We can use the rajma,lima beans
Oats-1 cup
Barley-1 cup(i use the powder)
Raji flour-1 cup
Quiano-1/2 cup
Wheat-1/2 cup
Poha-1 /2 cup
Saboodana-1/2 cup
Jeera-1 tsp
Ajwain-1 tsp

Preparations:

How to make the sprouts: Clean well the Lentils with the water and drain the water.
To this add more water until the lentils get covered with the water and soak this for over night.
The next day drain the water  and take this lentils in the clean dry cloth.
Place this in the dark place .
After 5 to 6 hours we can see the sprouts.

Method:

First  dry roast all the ingredients one by one until it chages to light brown.
First we have to dry roast the sprouts,then,Oats,Barley,Raji flour,Quiano,Whole Wheat,Poha,Ajwain and Jeera and keep it aside in the bowl.
 
 




 
 
Dry roast the sabudana for 2 to 3 minutes otherwise it turns little sticky.
Make it cool.
Now take all the ingredients in the blender and blend to fine powder.
Now sieve the flour to get fine powder.
While sieving we gets some pieces this we have to again blend to the powder.
Finally we get fine and healthy powder.

How to prepare the Porridge:

Fist boil the 2 to 3 cups of water or milk in the bowl.
Take two spoons of powder in the cup and add water to make little consistency paste.
While the water is boiling add little salt and  slowly add the mix without any lumps.


Now the porridge is ready to serve for breakfast.


Note:

We no need to dry roast the sprouts.We can dry it in the sunlight all the day.
We can use the nuts for kids.
