Ingredients:
Cooked Potatoes-2
Chopped carrot-2
Green peas-1/4th cup
Corn-1/4th cup
Chopped Spinach/Palak-handsful
Mozzerella cheese-2 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Oregano-1/2 tsp(optional)
Garam masala-1/2 tsp(optional)
Bread crumbs-handsful+1 cup
Corn flour-2 tsp+1 tsp
Maida-1 tsp+2 tsp
Oil for deep frying
Preparations:
Take 1 cup bread crumbs in a plate .
In another cup add the 2 tsp maida and 1 tsp corn flour and mix well with required amount of water and make it like the pakodi batter.
Keep this both aside.
Method:
Take wide and big bowl and add the boiled potatoes and mash it well with fork or with ur hand.
To this add chopped carrot,green peas,corn,chopped spinach,cheese,pepper,salt,oregano,garam masala,bread crumbs,corn flour,maida one by one.
Make small lemon size balls with the dough.Do all the dough.
Now the balls,maida corn mix,bread crumbs all are ready.
crumbs.The ball should coated the crumbs well.
When it gets heat slowly drop the coated balls and fry until it changes to golden brown.
Take out from oil and place on the paper to absorb excess oil.
Serve this hot with ketchup or tomato sauce.
Now place the deep frying pan add the oil and heat it.
