Ingredients:
Yellow peas-1 cup
Onion-1
Green chillies-4 to 5(Use acc to ur taste)
Ginger-small piece (As shown in the pic)
curry leaves few
Salt to taste
Jeera-1 tsp
Oil-2 cups
Preparations:
First clean the peas well with water.Soak the peas in the water at least for 5 to 6 hours.
In the jar take the green chilli,ginger and jeera and blend it.
After that add the soaked peas in the jar and blend to fine coarse as shown in the pic.
Finelly chop the onions .
Method
Take frying pan and add the oil and heat it.In the meantime we have to prepare the mixture.
Take the wide bowl and add the coarse mixture,onions and the curry leaves and salt one by one and mix well.
Take small amount of mixture make a ball and press it like wada shape.Now slowly drop the wada in the oil.
Fry both side when it turns to brown as shown in the pic.Take out from the oil and place on the paper to absorb excess oil.
Notes:
Chilli ginger:Use according to your taste.
Onions:You can add more if u like the onion flavour.
