Hai friends today i am coming with nice recipe called "Sabudana Khicidi".In telugu we call Saggubiyyam.This is simple and tasty breakfast .I really like this dish.This is Maharashtra traditional dish.This we can have for breakfast and snack.I like this for breakfast.Ok lets go the recipe
Ingredients:
Sabudana-1 cup
Peanuts-1/4th cup
Potatoes-2
Green chillies-4
Curry Leaves-few
Salt to taste
Turmeric little pinch
Oil-1 tsp
Prepations:
Dry roast the peanuts until it turns to light brown.Make it cool.
Take in the blender and blend to coarse powder.
Soak the Sabudana overnight or 6 hours.(Soak the sabudana until it covers)
Method:
Take the deep bottomed pan and heat it.
Add the oil and add the mustard seeds and jeera make it pop.
To this add the slit green chillies and curry leaves.
Add the chopped potatoes and turmeric.Mix it well.
Cover it cook until potato cooks.
When the potatoes are cooked add the soaked sabudana.Mix it well.
Add salt and cook in low heat for 2 minutes or sabudana turns transparent.Finally Mix the powdered peanuts.(oops missed the pic)
