Apollo Fish Fry


Hai friends today i am coming with yummy and tasty snack 0r Appetizer called "Apollo Fish".It is famous dish in Hyderabad.This is similar recipe to Fish Manchurian.This dish can be done with boneless fish fillets.I like this dish very much.This recipe i simply followed vahchef  .He is very good chef and teaches nice recipes with tips too.Really those tips helpd me a lot to make perfect dishes.Thank u so much Sanjay garu.Ok lets go to the recipe



Ingredients:

Fish fillets-1lb(i used tilapia fillets)
Chopped Garlic-1 tsp
Chopped Ginger-1 tsp
Green chillies-8
Curry leaves few
Chopped coriander handsfull
Yogurt-3 tsp
Chilli sauce-2 tsp
Soya sauce-1 tsp
Lemon juice-1/2 slice
Pepper powder-little
Oil-2 to 3 tsp for fry
Oil for deep fry-2 cups or required amount

For marinte:

Salt- to taste
Chilli powder to taste
Turmeric little pinch
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Egg-1
Corn flour-2 to 3 tsp


Preparations:

Take the fillets and cut it as bite size as shown in the pic.(some pieces u can see pepper powder on it.I got half lemon pepper seasoned fillets)
Now add the salt,chilli powder,turmeric,ginger garlic paste,beaten egg,corn flour.Mix it well and keep it aside for 30 minutes or 1 hour.










 Method:

Take the deep frying pan add oil and heat it.When it gets hot just drop one fish piece and check whether it cooks well.When it is enough hot add more pieces and fry as shown in the pic.



 When the fish cooked and turns to golden colour take out from the oil and place on the paper to absorb excess oil.To to all pieces.



Take the frying pan or wok.Add the 3 tsp of oil and heat it.When it gets hot add the chopped garlic and ginger fry it for 1 minute.


 Now add the slit green chillies,curry cleaves/,chilli sauce,soya sauce,yogurt  and mix it well




 Add all the fish pieces and the sauce should coat well to all the fish pieces.Finally  add the little pepper powder,lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.




Serve it hot with sliced onions.(missed the pic)
