Ingredients:
Oyster Mushroom Box-1
Onion-1
Green chillies-2
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli powder -to taste
Turmeric- 1/4th stp
Tamarind juice-2 tsp
Curry leaves few
Oil -1 to 2 tsps
Coriander -few
Preparations:
Onion-I used chopper to chop the onion.Keep it aside
Mushroom-Cut the ends and chop the mushrooms with hand.Before adding into the curry then only wash and add immediately to the curry.If mushroom absorbs water it wont taste good.
Method-
Place the add oil and heat it.When it gets heat add the chillies , chopped onions and turmeric.
When the onion is cooked then add the ginger garlic paste.Mix well and fry for 1 minute or raw smell goes.
Now add the chilli powder and mix it well.
Add the cleaned mushrooms and curry leaves mix it well.
Add the salt and again mix well .Cover it and cook it in low heat.
After 5 minutes the mushroom gets cooked now add the tamarind juice mix it and cook for another 2 minutes.
Now the curry is ready to serve.
Take the curry in the bowl and garnish with coriander and chopped onions.
Serve this curry with Rice or Roti.
