Dates promote Natural Labor.Eating dates in the last week of pregnancy may promote cervical dilation.
Dates are source of Fructose.Which is natural type of sugar in it.This is great substitute for sugar.We can add in juices,cakes and sweets too.
Ok lets go the recipe
Ingredients:
Dates-1 cups(Pitted Dates)
Nuts -Almonds Powder(We can use chopped too)
Chocolate/Candy Melt -2 cups
Chocolate chips few
Preparation:Dry roast the Almonds make it cool and blend to coarse powder.(I have powder at home )
Method:First take the dates and open it as shown in the pic.
Fill it with almond powder as shown in the pic.do all the dates like that and keep it aside.
Chocolate dates will be ready in 30 minutes.Candy melt gets hard in 30 minutes.
Nuts:We can use Cashew or Almonds or Pista
We can use chopped or whole nuts for stuffing.
Chocolate:We can use any colour chocolate.
