One day i planned to prepare the pavbhaji.I gathered all the stuff and then i came to know that i am out of pavbhaji masala.Soon i googled and find out one recipe.Then i thought its easy and soon i prepared it.Really the aroma of the masala is amazing.Ok lets go the recipe.
Ingredients:
Coriander seeds/Dhaniya-4 tsp
Peppercorns-1/2 tsp
Jeera/cumin-1/2 tsp
Soanf/Fennel Seeds-1/2 tsp
Cloves-6
Big black Elachi-1
Bay Leaf-1
Turmeric-1/4 tsp
Amchur Powder/Dry Mango Powder-1/2 tsp
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Method:
Take a pan and add the coriander seeds,peppercorns,jeera,soanf,cloves,black elachi and Bay leaf.
Dry roast the whole masala in low flame.
Fry until light brown.Make it cool.
After it gets cool take them in the jar and add the turmeric,amchur powder and chilli powder.
Blend it together to fine powder.
Now the masala is ready.The Aroma is awesome
Store them in the dry jar.
