Hai friends today i am coming with yummy tasty and healthy dish called "Peanut Jaggery Laddoo".
This is simple and easy to make.The taste is so good.We need only two ingredients.The two ingredients have good for health.I give this as dessert for my daughter lunch box.
Jaggery:
Jaggery is an unrefined sugar product made in Asia and Africa.
Jaggery is made by evaporating the water from sugar cane juice or palm sap. It is sold as a block, liquid or granules.
- Gur: India.
- Panela: Colombia.
- Piloncillo: Mexico.
- Tapa dulce: Costa Rica.
- Namtan tanode: Thailand.
- Gula Melaka: Malaysia.
- Kokuto: Japan.
Jaggery contains more nutrients than refined sugar because of its molasses content.
Molasses is a nutritious by-product of the sugar making process, which is usually removed when making refined sugar.
Including the molasses adds a small amount of micronutrients to the final product.
Jaggery may also contain small amounts of B vitamins and minerals, including calcium, zinc, phosphorus and copper (4).
Jaggery may have a better nutrition profile than sugar, but it's still high in calories and is best consumed in moderation.
Peanuts:
Delicious, crunchy, and nutty peanuts are one of the popular oilseeds known to humankind since centuries. The kernels enriched with many noteworthy health-benefiting nutrients essential for optimum health and wellness. They are actually legumes but carry almost all the qualities of other popular edible nuts such as pistachio, almonds, etc.

Ingredients:
Peanuts-1 cup
Jaggery-1/2 cup
Preparations:
Place the pan and heat it,Dry roast the peanuts in low flame until light brown.
When the peanuts are warm transfer them on the cloth .
Cover it and roll it so that the skin will comes off.
Now place the peanuts on the tray and tap it so that the peanut skins separate from nuts.
Now place the nuts in the blender and blend it.
Now add the jaggery and blend it again .
Now place the mixture in the bowl.Take some amount of mixture and make it balls.
Now the Peanut Jaggery Balls are ready to eat.
