Ingredients:
Instant Idiyapam-2 cups
Lemon-2
Cashew nuts-handsful
Peanuts-2 tsp
Chopped Ginger-1/2 tsp
Jeera-1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Green chillies-6
Dry red chillies-few
Salt to taste
Curry leaves few
Turmeric-1/4 th tsp
Hing- little pinch
Oil-2 tsp
Preparations:
Take 2 cups of instant Idiyapam
Boil 4 cups of water and add the idiyaapam
Off the heat and soak it for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes drain the water and keep it aside.
Method:
Place the pan and heat it.to this add the cashew nuts,peanuts and urad dal
Fry until light brown
Now add the mustard seeds and jeera
When it starts to pop add the green chillies,ginger nad curry leaves
Add dry red chilli pieces too.
Add the hing ,turmeric and salt one by one.Mix it well
Add the drained idiyaapam and mix it well
Finally add the lemon juice and mix well
Serve it and enjoy
