First I had this dish at Apple Bees.I really like the dish.There it tastes awesome.Later I searched for few recipes.First attempt it was a flop.Later one day my friend told this dish with exact measurements and give a try.It came out good.In that recipe made 1 change.It came out good.Lets go the recipe
Spinach-1 bunch
Artichoke hearts-1 bottle
Mozzerella Cheese-1 to 2 cups
Parmesan Cheese-4 tsp
Cream cheese-3 to 4 ounces
Sour Cream-3 to 4 tsps.
heavy cream-1/2 cup
Garlic chopped-1 tsp
Butter-2 Tsp
Salt little
Pepper to taste
Preparation:
Clean the Spinach well with water .Drain the water.
Chop the spinach.Keep it aside.
Method:
Place the pan and heat it.To this add the butter.
When the butter melts add the chopped spinach and cook it.
When the spinach gets little cooked add the chopped garlic,salt and pepper.Mix it well and cook it for 1 minute.
Now at this point add the heavy cream,sour cream and cream cheese mix it well and cook it in low heat.
Add the parmesan cheese and chopped artichoke hearts and
Now transfer all the mixture in the oven safe bowl.Sprinkle with mozzerella cheese and keep it aside
Preheat the oven 350 F .When the oven is ready bake this for 30 minutes.
Take out from the oven and serve it hot with chips.
Note:
Milk:
Instead of heavy cream we can use milk.
Spices:We can use onions powder and cayenne pepper.
