Chicken Pasta Soup

Hai friends how r u all?Stay safe and stay at home.

Today I am coming with yummy and tasty recipe called "Chicken Pasta Soup".This is very easy to prepare.This soup is good for lunch or dinner.I usually prefer soups at dinner only.Its one pot meal.
I mostly prepare garlic bread  or baked veggies as side dish for soups.Ok lets go the recipe

Ingredients:

Pasta-1/2 cup
Chicken boneless -1/2 cup
Onion-1
Carrot chopped-1/2 cup
Celery Chopped-1/2 cup
Corn -1/2 cup
Mushroom sliced-1/2 cup
Pasta Sauce-1/2 cup
Chopped garlic-2 tsp
Chopped Ginger-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Chipotle spice-1 tsp
Oil-1 tsp
Water -8 cups

Preparations:

Chop the veggies and chicken make it ready




Method:

Place the deep bottomed pot a heat it and add oil in it.
 Fry it
 To this add the chopped ginger,chopped onions,celery,corn,chicken  and dry herbs





 Add the chipotle spice(u can add the little chilli powder or paprika if the spice is not available)
 Mix it well.
 Now add the required amount of water.I added 8cups of water.(If u want more liquidly add 10 cups)

 Add the salt and pasta sauce(If u don't have pasta sauce u can add tomato puree)


Cover it and cook for 5 minutes or until it starts to boil.


 When it starts to boil add the pasta and sliced mushrooms mix it well.

 Cook for 5 minutes or until the pasta cooks.
Mix it well and cover it and cook.
 Now the soup is ready.
 Serve it hot

 Serve it hot with side dish
 Enjoy the soup with baked Brocoli and Potatoes.



Note:

Pasta:We can use pasta or noodle or pearl couscous.

Pasta sauce:We can use pasta sauce or tomato puree.

Vegetables:We can use green peas or green beans,brocolli,zucchini too.
