Biyyam Pindi/Rice Flour Vadiyaalu

Hai friends today I am coming with yummy and tasty snack called"Biyyam Pindi Vadiyalu".This is very easy to prepare.This can be done during hot summer only.This will dry in 2 days.During summer I tried different different recipe.This year tried another new recipe.Ok lets go the recipe

Tomato Saggubiyyam Vadiyalu






Ingredients:

Biyyam pindi/Rice flour-1 cup
Chilli paste-1 tsp
Ginger paste-1 tsp
Jeera-1 tsp
Salt to taste
water-7 cups +2 cups

Preparation:

Take 1 cup of rice flour/Biyyam pindi
 Add 2 cups of water(If needed add more water)
 It should be like dosa batter.Keep this aside

Method:


Add 7 cups of water in the deep bottomed pot and boil it.
When the bubbles starts  Slowly mix the batter in  to the water(We have to mix it continously)

 Add salt ,jeera and chilli ginger paste mix it



 Mix it contionously until it forms bubbles.

 Cook it until it raises to the top.Then off the heat and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Now off the heat and keep it aside for 10mminutes,



 Now place the plastic cover.
 Drop small laddle full on the plastic cover

Dry in full sun for 2 days

 After 2 days the vadiyalu wll look like this(This can be stored for 1 year)

Take oil in deep frying pot.When oil gets heat slowly add the vadiyalu in the oil.Fry it.Take out from the oil.


 Serve it with sambar or rasam rice
