Wonton Soup

Hai friends today I am coming with yummy and tasty recipe called "Wonton Soup".This is very simple and easy to make.I like tangy soups .That is the reason I add pasta sauce.If u don't like tangy you cans skip the pasta sauce.We can add mushrooms and beans too.This is simple soup.Ok lets got the recipe



Ingredients:

Wontons-10(store bought)
Garlic Chopped-1 tsp
Onions Chopped-1/2 cup
Carrot chopped-1/2 cup
Green peas-1/2 cup
Corn-1/2 cup
Celery-1/4th cup
Pasta Sauce-1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Chipotle spice to taste(We can use pepper or paprika)
Fresh /dried rosemary-1 tsp
Oregano fresh/dried-1 tsp
Water-5 cups
Oil-1 tsp

Method:

Place deep bottomed pan and add oil.Add chopped garlic and heat it

When garlic turns light brown add the chopped onions

 Mix it well and fry for 2 minutes or onions turns to transparant

 Now add the chopped carrot,corn and peas and fry it


Add celery too and fry for 3 minutes.
 When veggies are cooked add the chopped oregano and rosemary

 Add the 1/2 tsp chipotle spice and mix well

 Add 5 to 6 cups of water


Add 1/2 cup pasta sauce too and mix it well

Add required amount of salt
Cover it and cook for 3 minutes or until it boils.


These are store bought wontons
 Defrost the wontons


Make it boil
 When it starts boiling slowly add the wontons.


Mix it well and cook this for  3 or 4 minutes
 Don't cook for more than 5 minutes.


 Serve it hot.



Note:

Wontons:We can use veg or non veg wontons.

Spices-We can use paprika or pepper powder.

Herbs:We can use dried or fresh herbs.

Pasta sauce-We can use it or not
