Ingredients:
Sorakaya-1(Small)
Onion-1
Green chillies-5
Garlic chopped-1 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Jeera-1/2 tsp
Curry leaves -few
Turmeric-little pinch
Salt to taste
Milk-1/2 cup
Water-1/2 cup
Roasted Chana Dal Spice Powder-1 tsp
Oil-1 tsp
Onion-1

Roasted Chana Dal Spice Powder-1 tsp
Oil-1 tsp
Preparations:
Peel the skin and cut into big chunks .Chop into small pieces using chopper
Method:
Place the pan add oil and heat it.Add the chopped garlic and fry
Add chopped onions and turmeric
After 5 minutes add the milk and cook for 2 more minutes
Now the sorakaya cooked well.
Finally add the spice powder and mix it well
Serve this curry with Rice or Roti.
