Hai friends today I am coming with yummy and tasty recipe "Saggubiyyam Vadiyalu".This is very easy to prepare.This can be stored for 1 year.This vadiyalu can be prepared with different flavours.Today I am coming with basic recipe.Ok lets go the recipe
Ingredients:
Saggubiyyam/Sabudana-1 cup
Jeera-1 tsp
Chilli Ginger Paste-2 tsps
Salt to taste
Oil-1 tsp
Water-6 cups
Jeera-1 tsp
Chilli Ginger Paste-2 tsps
Salt to taste
Oil-1 tsp
Water-6 cups
Preparations:
Take saggubiyyam in a bowl
Mix it very well and clean
Drain the cleaned water
Add fresh water and soak it for 2 hours.
Grind the chilli ginger paste
Method:
Place the deep bottomed pot and add the 6 cups of water and make it boil
Mix it well
Add the 1 tsp of oil so that the saggubiyyam wont stick each other
Add the jeera,Chilli ginger paste and salt too
Mix it well and cook it for 5 to 10 minutes by mic=xing continuously.
It should be like dosa batter.Now off the heat and make it cool for 10 minutes.
Keep ready the plastic sheet
Take ladle full of saggubiyyam mixture and place on the sheet as shown in the pic.
Do all the batter like this
Sun dry it for 2 days.It should be dry well.
Now the vadiyam are ready to fry
Heat oil in the pan .Add the vadiyam to the hot oil.
Fry it well
Take out from the oil .
Serve it with rasam or sambar rice.Enjoy like snack
