Ingredients:
Urad dal-1 cup
Jaggery-1 cup
Ghee-1 /2cup
Method:
First dry roast the urad dal until it changes to light brown colour.
Now make it cool.
In the mean time we have to prepare the jaggery into crumble or chunks.
Now take the steel mortar add the jaggery and make into small pieces and keep it aside.
Now first blend the urad dal and after that add the jaggery into it now blend both to fine powder. It should be very smooth and fine
Take large bowl and add the blended powders in the bowl and whisk it well.
Now add the ghee mix gradually until it is nice consistency to make laddoos.
If the ghee is less we cant make the laddoos.
Now make all the mix to laddoos. This u have to store in the air tight box.It is good for 15 to 20 days.
Enjoy the sweet
