Royal Falooda

 Hai friends today I am coming with yummy and tasty dish called "Royal Falooda". This is very very tasty 

dish. This dish prepared by my sister. I tried falooda but never tried Royal Falooda. The Royal Falooda is 

very very yummy. We all enjoyed the dish. Though it needs more ingredients but still it is easy to prepare.

This is very good to prepare during summer. Ok lets go the recipe




Ingredients:


Strawberry jelly-1 pack

Milk-2 cups

Rooafzah

Semiya/Vermicelli-1/2 cup

Sabja Seeds/Basil Seeds-3 tsps.

Nuts(Cashew, pista, Almond)-1/2 cup

Vanilla Icecream

Banana chopped-1 cup

Apple Chopped-1 cup

Tutti Frooti-1/2 cup

Preparations:

How to prepare Jelly:

Boil the water .Mix it as per instructions given on the pack.

When it is warm add the jelly liquid in the rectangle bowl or plate as shown here. Later keep in the   

fridge for 2 hours

Sabja Seeds: Soak the sabja seeds for 1 hour

Rose Milk: Boil the milk . Now boiled milk is ready. When the milk is warm add the  rooafzah mix it well

How to cook Semiya:  Boil 2 and 1/2 cups of water for 1 cup semiya. Add semiya and cook . Now the 

semiya is cooked.Strain the semiya and make it cool

Nuts: Here are the nuts .Chop it and keep it aside.

How to serve the Royal Falooda:

My sister did the yummy yummy dessert

Arrange in the jar one by one as shown in the video.

Now yummy yummy Royal Falooda is ready to enjoy

Avocado Milk Shake

Hai friends today i am coming with one of the healthy,tasty and best milk shake called "Avacado Milk Shake"I am really big fan of this milk shake.When i first heard for this milk shake i was little weird expression lot of people say that avocado is good for health so i give a try soon i fell love with this recipe.I hope u too love this milk shake.

Nutrition Values of Avocado

Avocados have diverse fats.[34] For a typical avocado:
High avocado intake was shown in one preliminary study to lower blood cholesterol levels. Specifically, after a seven-day diet rich in avocados, mild hypercholesterolemia patients showed a 17% decrease in total serum cholesterol levels. These subjects also showed a 22% decrease in both LDL (harmful cholesterol) and triglyceride levels and 11% increase in HDL (helpful cholesterol) levels.[37] A 2013 epidemiological report showed that American avocado consumers had better overall diet quality, nutrient levels, and reduced risk of metabolic syndrome.[38]
Extracts of avocado have been studied in laboratory research to assess potential for lowering risk of diabetes mellitus.[39]

Some times when i feel hungry i just go to my fridge and search for avocado and soon i grab it and cut it into half and pit the seed out and sprinkle some salt and pepper and eat direct ly with spoon .I really love it.Give a try.Ok lets go to the recipe

Ingredients:

Avocado-1
Milk-1 cup
Sugar-1 tsp(optional)
Honey-1 tsp
Ice cubes-1/2 cup(optional)

Method:

Take blender and scoop the avocado flesh from the Avocado.
Add them in the blender.
Now add milk,sugar honey and ice cubes one by one.




Blend to smooth .
Add more milk if u want the shake like thinner.
Pour in the glass and serve it cold.

Pinacolada

Hi friends today i am coming with one more nice refreshing drink called Pinacolada.This is very simple to prepare and tastes amazing.I really came crazy about Pinacolada.Last year we bought the pinacolada from Costco.Its like instant mix I really enjoy the drink soon i search for recipe and try .We love it.Today i am coming with recipe

Ingredients:

Pineapple chunks-1/2 cup
Coconut milk-1 cup(Its better to use homemade)but ised store bought only
Milk-1 cup
Sugar -2 tsp
Vanilla icecream-1scoop(optional but adding this gives nice taste)
Ice cubes(I did not add because my dont llike much to add ice cubes)

Method:

Take the blender jar and add pineapple chunks,coconut milk,milk,sugar and also icecream one by one.
 
 
 
 

Blend it to smooth.

Enjoy the cool drink in hot summer.

Banana,Strawberry Smoothie

Hi friends today i am coming with nice refreshing drink called Banana Strawberry Smoothie.As we all know the summer in Texas.Since 2 days its really hot.During summer everybody love to have juices smooties.So today i am coming with smooties.This we can have it anytime in the day.I prepared this for breafast with vegetable sandwich.We enjoyed.Ok lets go to the recipe

Ingredients:

Banana-1
Strawberries-4
Honey-1 tsp
Yogurt-1/2 cup
Water-1/4th cup
Ice cubes(optional)

Preparations:

Peel the skin of the banana and keep it aside.
Remove the green part from the berry and cut the strawberry into chuncks.

Method:

Now take the mixie juicer jar and add one by one banana,strawberry,honey,yogurt and water.

 
 
 
 
 
 
Blend it to smooth.
 
Serve it.

Ginger Tea

Hai friend today i am coming with nice refreshing drink called "Ginger Tea".Lot of people starts the day with nice tea.I woke up and brush my teeth soon i would like to have nice cup of Tea.During winter i usually used to prepare the ginger tea and also while i suffer from cold also i used to prepare the ginger tea.It gives little clear to the throat.Its simple and easy to prepare.Ok lets go the recipe

Ingredients:

Milk-1 cup
Water -1/2 cup
Tea powder-1 1/2 tsp
Sugar-3 tsp
Ginger grated-1 tsp- 1 1/2 tsp

Preparation:

 Place the pan and heat it.
To  the tea pot  add the water,ginger,tea powder and sugar.




Bring it to boil.
To this decartion add the milk and bring it boil.

When it starts to boil lower the heat and boil it again for 2 minutes.
Now off the heat.
Now strain in the cup.


Serve it hot.

Strawberry Smoothie

Hai friends today i am coming with the recipe "Strawberry Smoothie".This is nice refreshing drink in the summer.This drink is good to take in the breakfast also. In Texas now it is so hot during in the morning only i feel so thirsty .At that time these types of nice refreshing drink makes us comfortable.Ok lets go to the recipe.

Ingredients:

Strawberries-1 cup
Plain Yogurt-1 cup
Honey-2 tsp
Water-2 cups
Ice cubes-Optional

Method:

First remove the green part and cut the strawberries into chunks.
Add the strawberry pieces,yogurt,honey and water in the jar and blend it.
Now it is ready to serve.

Notes:

If u want to add sugar its about our interest and also we can add the Agave nector too.
If u want u can add some ice cream to this.

Orange Carrot Juice

Hai friends today i am coming with nice drink called "Orange Carrot "Juice.This is very easy and Healthy juice.This we can have it any time of the day.I dont use any sugar to this juice.Anyway the summer is approaching so will come with some juices.Ok lets go to the recipe

Ingredients:

Orange-2
Carrot-2
Ginger small pieces
Honey -2 to 3 tsp
Water.

Preparations:

Peel the carrot and cut it into pieces or chunks.
Peel the skin of the orange and cut it orange into pieces .
Cut the ginger into pieces.

Method:

Take the blender and add the carrot,orange,ginger ,honey and water to the jar one by one.
Blend it well without any chunks left.
Now strain the juice with the nice strainer if any chunks left.
Finally pour the juice in the serving glass and decorate with small pudina leaf.
Serve it .
