Ravva Laddoo and Diwali Wishes

Hai friends

      HAPPY DIWALI TO ALL MY BLOGGER FRIENDS.
I hope all have lots and lots of sweets and  safe diwali.

Ok lets go to the recipe.On behalf of festival today i am coming with the sweet "Ravva Laddoo".This sweet is very simple,easy and tasty.Everybody loves this sweet.In one office gathering i prepared this sweet everybody love this sweet.Ok lets go to the recipe.

Ingredients:

Semolina-1 cup
Sugar-3/4 cup
Fresh or dry coconut(grated)-1/4th cup(optional)
Ghee -4 tsp
Cashew pieces- few
Elachi-4
Milk-1/4 th cup(need to make laddoos)

Method:

Place the pan and heat it.When it gets heat add 1 tsp ghee .
Add the chopped cashew fry this until it changes to light brown.
When it turns brown take from the pan and keep it aside.
Now in the same pan add 2 tsp ghee and semolina.Fry this till changes to light brown.
Take out this from pan and keep in the large bowl.When it gets cool take this the jar and blend to fine powder and transfer to the bowl.
Now in same pan add the  1 tsp ghee and add the grated coconut and fry till the raw smell goes.
Take out from pan and add to the same bowl.
Take the sugar and elachi in the blender and make it fine powder and add to the bowl.
Finally add the fried cashew to the semolina,sugar,coconut and whisk it well.
To this add little little milk and mix well like the crumble texture to form the laddoos.
Now make laddoos and keep it on the plate.
After sometime tranfer it to the air tight box.
Now the laddoos are ready to eat.

Note:
1.We can add the fresh or dry coconut.
2.we can use roasted semolina no need to make it powder.

Onion Masala(For stuffing)

Hai friends how r u guys?I hope all r doing good.Now-a-days i am not feeling well so cant post the recipes frequently still not feeling well but posting the recipes from draft.I really missing all the recipes.Now i am dng good .

Ok lets go to the recipe.This is the onion masala which is used for stuffing like samosa,Puffs,Buns ,spring rolls and also for the rolls.Sometimes i used to prepare the day before and preserve this curry for the next day and it makes me easy to prepare the puffs rolls etc.Ok lets go to the recipe

Ingredients:

Onions-2
Turmeric little pinch
Salt to taste
Chilli powder-Acc to ur taste
Oil-1 tsp
Curry leaves few

Preparations:

First peel the skin and cut the onion like thin lenthwise and keep it aside.

Method:

Place the pan and heat it.When it gets heat add the oil.
When oil gets heat add the sliced onions and turmeric mix it well.
Fry this until the onion changes to light brown.
To this add the salt ,chilli powder and the chopped curry leaves mix it well.
Finally take in the bowl.

Note:We can prepare this curry and we can preserve this curry.

If we want to add the ginger garlic paste to this curry while in cooking.

Soon will come with the Puffs.

Oats and Mixed Dal Gunta Ponganalu

Hai friends today i am coming with the "Oats and Mixed Dal Punugulu".Its very tasty and healthy.Its good dish for both Breakfast and Snacks.I got this recipe from Rak's Kitchen.

She is really very nice cook.I really love all her recipes.Its simple and easy to understand.I really love the photograph of the recipes.I tried 5 to 6 recipes from her website.This is one of it.Thank u Rak for sharing this recipe.
Ok lets go to the recipe.

Ingredients:


Oats-3/4 th cup
Toor Dal-1/4 th cup
Chana dal-1/4 th cup
Moong dal-1 tsp
Urad dal-1 tsp
Dry red chillies-6 to 7(Use acc to ur taste)
Jeera-1/2 tsp
Ginger-1 inch piece
Onions(Chopped)-1
Coriander Leaves-few
Curry Leaves few
Salt to taste
Hing-little pinch

Preparations:

Take all the dals in one bowl and clean well.
Then soak the dal for 3 hours.
In the mean time take the blender and add the oats,red chilli  and jeera make it coarse powder and keep it aside.
After 3 hours the dals get soaked now add the dal and ginger to the coarsed oats and blend it coarsely by adding little water.

Method:

Take the grinded paste and little water to make like batter consistency.
To this add the choppedd onions,coriander leaves, curry leaves and the salt .
Mix it well.
Place the gunta ponganalu pan and heat it.
When it gets medium  heat spray the oil and add the spoon ful batter in each cups and cover it and cook until it gets cooked.
Flip the other side and cook it evenly.
Now its done and take out from pan .
serve it hot with choice of ur chutney.
