Bokchoy Soup

Hai friends today I am coming with yummy soup called Bokchoy soup".Its tasty and healthy too.Bokchoy has different flavor.While add this to soups it gives nice taste.I really enjoy this soup.This leafy vegetable we get in Chinese stores.Ok lets go to the recipe

Ingredients:

Bok Choy-4
Onion-1
Garlic cloves-2
Carrot-2
Celery-2(sticks)
Corn-1/2 cup
Peas-1/2 cup
Veg Bullions-2
Salt to taste
Pepper-1/2 tsp
Oil-1 tsp
Cooked noodles-1 cup

Preparations:





 First take the bokchoy and chop it.

Then clean well with water and keep it aside.

Method:

Place the deep bottomed vessel and heat it.When it gets heat add the oil.

 To this add the chopped Garlic fry this till nice aroma comes.

 To this add the chopped onions and fry till it turns to golden brown.




Now add the vegetables carrot,green peas,corn , celery and chopped bokchoy one by one.

Add the veg bullions and mix it well.

Now transfer the entire mixture to the slow cooker.
Add the salt,pepper and water to the slow cooker vessel and mix it well.


Now switch on the slow cooker.This takes to cook for 2 hours.
After 2 hours the soup is ready.

Now take the soup bowl and place the cooked noodles.
Add the soup and serve it hot.
 
Note:
If we don't have slow cooker u can cook in the deep bottomed pan.
If u want to add more veegtables like broccoli and zucchini too.
We can add the pasta too.
If anybody don't want to add the pasta or noodles u can skip it.

Stuffed Mushrooms

Hai friends today I am coming with "Stuffed Mushrooms".This is very yummy and tasty recipe.This can be made by different varities.Today I came with veg version.Last week I had a party in my house and I made this as appetizer.It was a grand success.Its simple ,easy to prepare.I hope u all will love it.Ok lets go to the recipe

Ingredients:

Mushrooms-1 packet
Onion-1(big)
Galic-2 cloves
Grated Parmesan  cheese-4 tsp
Mozzarella cheese-1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Oregano-1/2 tsp
Butter/oil-1 tsp



Preparations:

Take the mushroom and clean well with damp cloth and separate the base and stem.
Now finelly chop all the stem and keep it aside.

Arrange the mushroom in the tray as shown in the pic.
Chop the onions and garlic too.

Method:

Place the pan on the stove and heat it.

To this add the oil/butter and garlic and fry for 1 minute.

Now add the chopped onions and fry it turns light brown.

To this add the chopped mushroom stems and it it gets cooked.

Add the oregano,paprika ,salt and pepper and mix it well and fry for 1 more minute.




Keep this aside and make it cool.
When it gets cool add the little oregano ,paprika,parmesan cheese,mozzrella cheese and bread crumbs
mix it well.





Now stuff the stuffing the mushrooms as shown in the pic.

Finelly dip this mushroom in the bread crumbs to get little crispy.Arrange them on the baking tray as shown in the pic and spary the oil to the mushrooms.
Preheat the oven for 350 F and when the tray is ready place them in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.


Serve it immediately.


Note:

For fill we can add the minced mead ,crab meat ,grated vegetables and cream cheese to get more flavor.
