Mixed Nut Laddoo

Hai friends today i am coming with the Mixed Nut Laddoo.Its very simple tasty and Healthy.First i saw this recipe in the TV and later i give try.We love it.
Last week in dallas i went to the cooking compitition.I prepare this laddoo.This is the first time i participated in the compitition.Even though i did not win i love to participate and share this recipe.I hope u all love it.Ok lets go to the recipe
Ingredients:

Badam-1/2 cup
Cashew-1/2 cup
Peanuts-1/2 cup
Sesame seeds-2 tsp-3 tsp
Dates-5
Poppy seeds-1 tsp
Honey-1 tsp

Preparations:

Soak the badam for 4 to 5 hours.
After 4 hours peel the skin and keep it aside.

Method:
Peanuts:

Place the small pan and heat it.When it gets heat dry roast the peanuts,sesame seeds and the poppy seeds.
First dry roast the peanuts till it changes to light brown.
While the peanuts are luke warm rub with handsso that the skin will come out.Keep it aside.


Sesame seeds:
------------
Now dry roast the sesame seeds till it changes to golden brown.
When it changes keep it aside.

Poppy Seeds:

Dry roast the poppy seeds.It will pop so fast.
When it starts to pop off the heat and keep it aside.

Now take the blender and add the badam,cashew,peanuts,sesame seeds,poppy seeds,dates,honey and blend it.
Now take the mixture out from the jar and place in the bowl.
Take some and make laddoo.

Now the laddoos are ready to serve.

Soup with Ravioli

Hai friends today i am coming with the Soup with the Ravioli.This is simple and healthy.I bought this Ravioli in the Costco.I used this in pasta and also soup.I really love the soup with this stuffing.Ok lets go to the recipe

Ingredients:

Ravioli-1 cup
Carrot-1
Peas-1/2 cup
Corn-1/2 cup
Zucchini-1 cup
Brocolli-1/2 cup
Tomato-2
Onion-1
Garlic-2 pods
Pepper-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Rosemery-1/4th tsp
Oregano-1/4 th tsp
Maggie veg bullion cubes-2
Water-2 to 3 cups
Corn flour-3 tsp
Olive Oil-1 to 2 tsp

Preparations:

Chop the onions,vegetables and the garlic and keep it aside.
Now take the corn flour in the cup and add the 3 to 4 tsp of water and mix well without any lumps.

Method:

Place the deep bottomed vessel and heat it.When it gets heat add the oil.
To this add the chopped Garlic fry this till nice aroma comes.
Now add the Pepper and mix well.
To this add the chopped onions and fry till it turns to golden brown.
Now add the vegetables carrot,peas,corn,zucchini,brocolli and tomato one by one.
Fry this for 2 to 3 minutes.
To this add the rosemary,oregano,veg bullion cubes and add the water.
Now add the salt and cover it and cook till the vegetables get cooked.
This will take 5 to 10 minutes to cook.
Now add the ravioli in the soup pot.
Cook this for 5 minutes.
When it gets cooked add the corn flour mixture and mix well.
Now off the heat and serve it hot.

Orange Carrot Juice

Hai friends today i am coming with nice drink called "Orange Carrot "Juice.This is very easy and Healthy juice.This we can have it any time of the day.I dont use any sugar to this juice.Anyway the summer is approaching so will come with some juices.Ok lets go to the recipe

Ingredients:

Orange-2
Carrot-2
Ginger small pieces
Honey -2 to 3 tsp
Water.

Preparations:

Peel the carrot and cut it into pieces or chunks.
Peel the skin of the orange and cut it orange into pieces .
Cut the ginger into pieces.

Method:

Take the blender and add the carrot,orange,ginger ,honey and water to the jar one by one.
Blend it well without any chunks left.
Now strain the juice with the nice strainer if any chunks left.
Finally pour the juice in the serving glass and decorate with small pudina leaf.
Serve it .
