Mixed Nut Laddoo

Hai friends today i am coming with the Mixed Nut Laddoo.Its very simple tasty and Healthy.First i saw this recipe in the TV and later i give try.We love it.
Last week in dallas i went to the cooking compitition.I prepare this laddoo.This is the first time i participated in the compitition.Even though i did not win i love to participate and share this recipe.I hope u all love it.Ok lets go to the recipe
Badam-1/2 cup
Cashew-1/2 cup
Peanuts-1/2 cup
Sesame seeds-2 tsp-3 tsp
Poppy seeds-1 tsp
Honey-1 tsp


Soak the badam for 4 to 5 hours.
After 4 hours peel the skin and keep it aside.

Place the small pan and heat it.When it gets heat dry roast the peanuts,sesame seeds and the poppy seeds.
First dry roast the peanuts till it changes to light brown.
While the peanuts are luke warm rub with handsso that the skin will come out.Keep it aside.

Sesame seeds:
Now dry roast the sesame seeds till it changes to golden brown.
When it changes keep it aside.

Poppy Seeds:
Dry roast the poppy seeds.It will pop so fast.
When it starts to pop off the heat and keep it aside.

Now take the blender and add the badam,cashew,peanuts,sesame seeds,poppy seeds,dates,honey and blend it.
Now take the mixture out from the jar and place in the bowl.
Take some and make laddoo.

Now the laddoos are ready to serve.
