Chocolate Tofu Mousse(My 300 post) and also for Bachelors

Hai friends today i am coming with the Chocolate Tofu Mousse.This is very simple and easy to prepare.Those who loves tofu they enjoy the dish.Within 1 minute we can prepare the dish.Even Bachelors too prepare this recipe.I really enjoy the mousse.Tofu is really healthy.It is made from the soymilk.Its healthy dessert too.Ok lets go to the recipe

Ingredients:

Tofu(Soft)-1 packet
Choco powder to garnish
Chocolate -2 bars
Milk-1/4th cup
Sugar-1 tsp
Vanilla essence little

Preparations:

Cut or crumble the tofu.
Chop the chocolate and melt it.

Method:

First take the mixie jar and add the tofu, sugar and blend to smooth paste.
 
Now add the milk and blend it again to fine smooth paste.
Now add the melt or crumble chocolate,choco powder(3 tsp) and blend it again to smooth paste.
Now take the mousse in the cups and put in the fridge for 1 hour.
Later just sprinkle the choco powder and serve it.

Stuffed Onion Parval(Potals gutti Koora)

Hai friends today i am coming with Stuffed Onion Parval.This is one of my favourite vegetable.Now a days here in US we get fresh parval for a reasonable price.I am really happy to buy.I am enjoying this vegetable in different ways.Ok lets go to the recipe

Ingredients:

Parval(potals)-1/2 kg
Onions-2
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Garam masala-1/2 tsp
Chilli powder-to taste(We use both in curry and stuffing)
Salt to taste(We use both in curry and stuffing)
Curry leaves few
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Jeera-1/2 tsp
Oil-2 tsp
Water very little

Preparations:

How to cut the Parval
--------------------------
First clean well with water and cut the ends.
Now make two slits as shown in the pic.Do all the parval and keep it aside.

Stuffing:
----------
Chop the onions.Place the pan and heat it.
When it gets heat add the oil and make it heat.
To this add the chopped onions and fry till the onions turns to light brown.
Now add the ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 more minute.
Now add the salt ,chilli powde and garam masala.
Mix it well.
Now the masala is ready.

How to put masala in the Parval:
---------------------------------------
Take the parval and stuff the masala inside.
Do to all the parval and keep it aside.

Method:

Place the pan and oil  heat it.
Now add the mustard seeds and make it pop.
Now add the jeera ,curry leaves and finally add the parval.
Cover this cook for 5 minutes.
Take the lid and add the remaining masala,salt,chilli powder and little water.
Cover it and cook till it tenders.
Take the lid and cook for 1 minute.
Now the curry is ready.Serve it with hot steamed rice.

Poli Burelu(Pesara Pappu Burelu)

Hai friends today i am coming with nice tasty recipe called Poli Burelu.This is very tasty.We know that moong dal has different taste i really enjoy.This recipe is little process to prepare but finally the dish tastes good.Before 5 years back when i was pregnant i ate this sweet after some years i really want to eat the sweet so finally i prepared and ate it.Wowwwwwwwwwwwww.Ok lets go to the recipe.

Ingredients:

Moong Dal-1 cup
Grated coconut-1 cup
Sugar-1 cup(little less)
Water 1/2 cup
Elachi little(optional)
Maida-1 cup
Oil for deep frying

Preparations:

Take the moong dal in a bowl and clean well with water and soak this for 2 hours.
After 2 hours drain the water and take them in the blender and blend to a smooth paste.
Take the maida and 1 tsp sugar in the bowl and mix well with water without any lumps.
It should be dosa batter consistency.

Method:

Place the cooker pan and add water and heat it.
Take the grinded paste in the bowl and steam this like the idli for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes off the heat.Make it cool.
Now make the steamed moong to crumble or coarse texture.
Take another pan and add the sugar and water and make it like a paste as shown in the pic
To this add the moong crumble and mix well.
Make it cool and make small balls as shown in the pic
Now heat the oil for deep frying.
When the oil gets heat take the moong balls and dip in the maida batter (the batter should coated well)and slowly drop in the oil.
Do all the balls.
Fry this until it turns to light brown as shown in the pic.
Take out from the oil and place them on the paper to absord excess oil.
Serve it hot or later.
