Hai friends today i am coming with nice recipe called "Vegetable Sandwich".This is simple,tasty and healthy recipe.Its very easy to prepare .In India Mumbai is very famous for street food.One of them is Sandwich.Today i am coming with the same sandwich that we can prepare at home.This we can have like brunch also.Its very filling by adding the potatoes.I really enjoy the sandwich.Ok lets go to the recipe.
Ingredients:
Whole grain Wheat Bread-4
Potatoes-1
Tomato-1
Onion-1
Cucumber-1
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Butter to apply on bread
Green chutney
Preparation:
First clean the potatoes and take them in the pressure cooker.
Cook this upto 2 whistles.
When they are done wait till the pressure goes.
Take them out and peel the skin and cut the potato into thin slices.
Cut the tomato,cucumber and onions like slices and keep it aside.
Method:
Place the tawa and heat it.
When it gets heat apply the butter and toast the bread for both sides.
Take out from the tawa and place them on the plate.
Now apply the butter to both the bread slices.
Now apply the green chutney to one of the bread as shown in the pic.
Now place the potato slices,cucumber,tomato and onion slices on the bread as shown in the pic.
Now sprinkle with salt and pepper and cover with the another bread.
Now cut the sandwich into half and serve with juice.

Note:
1.You can use which bread u prefer to eat.
2.You can toast the bread with the toaster.(so that we can skip the butter hear)
3.You can use capsicum and lettuce also.
