Ingredients:
Beet root-1
Boiled Potato-1
Bread crumbs-1/2 cup
Corn flour-3 tsp
Chilli powder to taste
Salt to taste
Chat masala-1/2 tsp
Garam masala-1/2 tsp
Lemon juice -1 tsp
Oil-3 tsp
For stuffing
--------------
Green peas-1/4th cup
Grated coconut-1/4th cup
Green chillies-1
Ginger grated-1 tsp
Garam masala-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice -1 tsp
Preparations:
How to prepare the inside mixture:

First take the green peas in a bowl and cook this .(i used frozen peas if u want u can add the carrot and corn too)
When the peas get cooked mash it well or put in the blender or processor(I dont have small jar so i mix it with hand.
Tale a bowl and add the coconut,peas mixture,green chillies,grated ginger,garam masala,salt to taste and finally lemon juice.Mix it well and keep it aside(I think its better to put all the mixture in the blender to get nice coarse texture)
How to cook Beetroot :

Take the beetroot clean well with water.Peel the skin and cut it into chunks.
Take them in the pressure cooker and add required amount of water and cook this for 2 whistles.
Make it cool and grate the beets and keep it aside.
Arrange bread crumbs in the plate
Method:
Take the boiled potato in the bowl and mash it well.To this add the grated beetroot,corn flour,bread crumbs,chat masala,salt to taste,chilli powder,lemon juice and mix it well it the mixture dont stick to the hand.(while it sticks add more bread crumbs)
Apply some oil to the mixture and keep it aside.
Now the beets and potato mixture and masala is ready.
Apply some oil to ur hands.
Take lemon size beets mixture and make it small bowl shape and stuff some green peas mixture and cover well with the beet mixture as shown in the pic.Now roll this cutlet in the bread crumbs and keep it aside.
Do all the same.
Place the pan and heat it .
When it gets heat add some oil and place the cutlets and fry till it turns light brown.
Flip the other side and do the same.
Now serve hot with the green chutney or ketchup.
