Hai friends today i am coming with the "Baked Brocolli".This is very simple,easy and tasty.
Its very healthy too.We are not using more oil and spices.This is good for anytime.Children will love this recipe.I used to prepare this for my daughter.She is very picky in food.Its very difficult for me to give her lunch.Ireally search for the recipes which are easy for kids to eat.We enjoy this recipe.Ok lets go to the recipe.
Ingredients:
Brocolli florets-2 cups
Salt to taste
Chilli powder- to taste
Garam masala-1/2 tsp
Garlic powder-1/2 tsp
Olive oil -1 tsp
Preparations:
Cut the brocolli florets and clean well with water and keep it aside.
Arrange the foil to the tray and spray the oil and keep it aside.
Method:
Preheat the oven to 400 Degrees.
Now we have to prepare the masala.
Take one bowl add the chilli powder,garam masala,garlic powder,beasan salt ,turmeric .
Whisk it well.
Now add the oil and mix it again.
Finally add the cleaned brocolli florets in the masala.
And give a nice toss.
Now spread the florets on the tray and bake it for 15 to 20 minutes.
After 15 minutes they are done.
Now hot as an appetizer.
This looks so yumm and its really tasty. love this healthy dish.
