Stuffed brinjal in yogurt gravy curry

Hai friends

   how are u all.Hope everyone are doing great.Hope everyone are busy in festivals and now back to normal.Few days back i felt sick and then busy in festival  preparations.Now everything back to normal.These days i tried new recipes and want to share with u guys.Those are very simple and tasty.Today i am sharing one amonng them.Ok lets go to the recipe.

Today i am coming with Stuffed brinjal in yogurt gravy.This is simple to prepare and very tasty.This goes nice with hot steamed rice.I mostly like this curry with rice only.I saw this recipe in vahrehvah.One of my friend told me about this recipe soon i saw the video and follwed every step from the video.Here is the recipe

Ingredients:

Brinjal(Small)-1 lb or 1/2 kg
Yogurt/curd-1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil -2 tsp
Coriander(Chopped)-handsful
lemon juice -1 1/2 tsp
Rice flour-2 tsp

For stuffing:

Urad dal-1 tsp
Chana dal-1 tsp
Coriander seeds-1 tsp
Jeera-1/2 tsp
Dry chillies-5 to 6
Peanuts-2 tsp
Sesame seeds-1 tsp
Methi seeds/Menthulu-7 to 8

For Seasoning:
-----------------

Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Jeera-1/2 tsp
Green chillies chopped -1 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped-Handsful
Turmeric little pinch


Preparations:

Stuffing Preparations:

First dry roast urad dal,chana dal,coriander seeds,jeera,dry chillies,peanuts in low flame.When they turn little light brown add the sesame seeds and methi seeds.Make it cool and then blend it to powder and keep it aside.









First take the masala powder and salt and lemon juice.Mix it like paste.






How to clean ,stuff and cook  Brinjal:

Take the water in a bowl and cut the brinjal as shown in the pic.Put all brinjal in the water and clean
well.

Stuff these masala paste in all brinjal and keep it aside.




Take the pan and add oil when it gets heat add the stuffed brinjal and cook in low flame.
After 10 minutes the brinjal get cooked.


Keep it aside.


Rice flour Mixture:

Take rice flour in a cup and add 4 tsp of water and mix it well.It is used for binding the yogurt gravy.

Curd/Yogurt:
----------------
Take the curd in the bowl and add the rice flour mixture mix it well.


Method:

Take deep botomed pan and add the oil.When it gets heat add the mustard seeds and make it pop.
When it starts to pop add the jeera,chopped chillies,coriander leaves,and turmeric fry this for 5 to 10 seconds.






Here add little and salt and off the flame.

Now add the yogurt mixture and mix it well.


To this add the cooked stuffed brinjal.

Now the curry is ready.
Serve it hot with steamed rice.



Note:

We can add the one to two garlic cloves to the stuffing .

We can add the onions while we do the seasoning.

Avocado Sandwich

HAPPY NEW YEAR

Hope u all celebrated the holidays happily.My holidays are little busy with parties.We had good time.Hope u all celebrate new year well.Mine went well.We had good time with my best buddies.
Ok lets go to the recipe.
Today i am coming with healthy,simple and tasty recipe called Avocado Sandwich.
I am sandwich lover.Love to try new sandwiches.Mostly i tried different types of spreads.Today i am coming with new spread its different variety of dijon mustard.Its little spicy.Ok lets go to the recipe

Ingredients:

Bread (Wheat)-4
Avocado-1
Salt to taste
Pepper powder little
butter to spread
Dijon Mustard to spread
Tomato slices few(you can use cucumber and onions too)


Preparations:

First cut the avocado  into half.Then take out the seed.
 Make a slits as shown in the pic.
Scoop of the slices of the avocado as shown in the pic.
Cut the tomato into slices.

Method:


 Take this spread and apply on the bread.



 Arrange the avocado slice as shown in the pic.
 Sprinkle the salt and pepper.
 Arrange the tomato slices as ashown in the pic
 Cover the covered bread with butter(Missed the pic)
 Take the panini maker and toast the bread.

 Here the sandwich is ready.
 Cut the sandwich into half and serve it with fresh juice.
