Indian Mackerel Fry

Hai friends today I am coming one new recipe called "Indian Mackerel".This is very simple and easy to prepare.I really love it.Actually I don't know much about this fish simply follow the recipe .This we have it as a snack and this goes nice with rasam rice.This is nice side dish for Soup.While cleaning this fish the smell is very stinky.Then I washed my hands soap .Later I rub my hands with the lemon and salt.Ok lets go to the recipe.

Ingredients:

Indian Mackerel-4
Salt to taste
Turmeric-1/2 tsp
Oil-1 tsp

To marinate:
---------------
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Fish Masala-1 tsp
Oil-2 tsp
Lemon Juice-1/2 lemon juice

Preparations:

First clean the fish well with water and make slits as shown in the pic.


 Then sprinkle some salt and turmeric on the fish and rub and leave it aside for 5 minutes.


Method:

Take a bowl and add the gingergarlic paste,salt,fish masala,chilli powder,lemon juice and oil.Mix it well.





 Rub on the fish and marinate for atleast one hour.


 Place the frying pan and heat it.WHen it gets heat add the oil.
 When it gets heat place the fish and fry on both sides till the fish get cooked.
 Flip to other side.Fry the other side.

Now the fish is done.Serve it hot with the fresh onions and lemon slice.

How to Carve Watermelon fruit Basket



Hai friends today i am coming nice carving called Watermelon fruit carving.This is my first carving and it came out good.This i prepared in my friends daughter 16th birthday party and it was a great success.Then my little one asked to do this carving on her party too.I did it and made some changes.She loved it.To fill the basket i scooped the melon and fill the basket.Ok lets see how to carve the basket




What we need:

WaterMelon(One side of the melon should be little flat)
Sharp knife
Marker
Melon Baller

Lets Start

First place the melon and trace the design with the marker.
Then cut the melon carefully with the knife.


 Cut the melon vertically on both sides as shown in the pic.

Using the sharp knife cut the flesh of the watermelon fron the inside of the watermelon.


Then scoop the melon with the melon baller completely.

Now the plain basket is ready then i did zig zag with the help of small knife.

Finally the basket is ready.
Finally fill the basket with  melon,sugar melon and cantaloupe,berries and grapes too.
Decorate with some pudina too.
Finally the melon basket is ready.

Gulab Jamun(Instant Packet)

Hai friends today i am coming with nice dessert called Instant Gulab Jamuns.Its very popular sweet in India.All people love this sweet.This can be prepared with koya or milk powder.This is the best and easy sweet.This can be served as hot or cold.This can be served with Vanilla Ice cream too.Ok lets go to the recipe.

Ingredients:

Gulabjamum Instant packet-1
Sugar -Approximately 2 cups
Elachi powder-1/2 tsp
Saffron-little pinch
Milk -That required to mix the dough
Ghee-2 tsp

Preparations:

Sugar syrup:Combine sugar and water in a flat bottomed broad pan and make it boil in a low heat until sugar dissolves .This should boil for 5 minutes.

Add elachi powder and saffron to the sugar syrup and mix it well.Keep this aside.

 Make sure it is near to where you are deep frying Jamuns. You want to make it easy to drop the jamuns directly into the syrup.

 Method:

Take a bowl and add the instant jamun mix and mix it well with required amount of milk.



Make smooth dough  and rest this aside for 5 minutes(Cover the dough)
Now apply ghee to hands and take some small size dough and make a ball.

Do all the dough like this and keep it aside.
Place the oil for deep frying.(The oil should not burn)

When the oil gets heat drop the balls slowly and fry until it turns to light golden brown.

 Heat oil and fry the gulab jamuns in medium heat so that the inside of the gulab jamun will also get cooked well. Keep stirring it gently for even cooking and browning. Remove with a slotted ladle when it becomes dark brown in color.
Now take out from the oil and drop in the sugar syrup.
Let all the Gulab jamuns remain soaked in the sugar syrup for 1 hour. It can be served hot or cold.

Serve it Hot or cold.
