Ritz Crackers Snack with Yummy Dip

Hai friends today i am coming with yummy and tasty recipe called"Ritz crackers snack".This is simple to prepare and easy to eat .And also fun to eat.All ages will enjoy this dip.Kids really enjoy this snack in the parties.

This we can use various kind of dips.We can add more kind of vegetables and decorate with as u like.This is fun to prepare also.During parties this is the best starters.

In my party i use this starter twice its a grand success.All enjoy this snack.But kids enjoyed a lot.Moms love to arrange this crackers.I hope u all love this.Ok lets go to the recipe

Ingredients:

Ritz crackers-1 pack(depends upon ur guests)
Onions(Chopped)-3 tsp
Cream cheese-1 packet
Sour cream small box
Hot sauce 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Dried or fresh oregano little
Fresh basil
Cherry tomatoes

Preparations:

Chop the onions.

Clean the basil well with water.
Clean the tomatoes well with water and cut into half.


Method:

Take a bowl and add the all ingredients cream cheese,sour cream,hot sauce,salt,pepper,dried oregano one by one.
Add the onions and basil.






Whisk it well.
Now take the dip in the ziploc and seal it.Now cut the end so that it can
How to serve:

Arrange  the crackers on the plate.



Now squeeze the dip as shown in the pic.
Place the half tomato and basil as shown in the pic.

Masala Koora/Masala Curry/Mixed veg Curry

Hai friends today i am coming with one of my favourite recipe called "Masala Koora".This is also called as Masala curry or Mixed veg curry.This is one of most famous recipe in our region.Most of the people love this curry.This we can do in various kind.But this is the actual one.

In this we can use various kind of vegetables but the masala is same.Today i dont have all kind of vegetables so adding few veg and prepared this curry.If all the vegetables are there it gives more taste.We use some kind of beans to this curry but we have to soak them overnight.I missed it so i am not adding that beans and preparing the curry.Ok lets go the recipe



Ingredients:

Vegetable(Various kind)-Brinjal(Vankaya)
                                        Ridge gourd(Beerakaaya)
                                        Parval(Potals)
                                        Corn(Mokka Jonna)
We can use sweet potato,Tindora,drumsticks,Chema dumpa
Cashew-1/4 th cup
Oil-1 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Jeera-1/2 tsp
curry leaves-few
Salt to taste
Turmeric little pinch
Water required to curry
Fresh grated coconut-3 tsp

Masala (To grind)

Onions-1
Dry red chilli-4 to 5
jeera-1/2 tsp

Preparations:



 Chop all the vegetables and keep it aside.

Chop the onions and take it in the jar and add the chillies,jeera and make it smooth paste.



Soak the cashew in hot water for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Method:

Place the pan and add oil then  heat it.
When it get heat add the mustard seeds and make it pop.
Then add the jeera,chillies and curry leaves and mix it.

To this add the grinded paste and fry until the raw smell goes.



To this add the vegetables,corn  and cashew then mix it well.




Now add the water and salt.


Cover it and cook for 15 minutes or until the vegetables get cooked.

Finally mix the grated coconut.

Cook for 2 minutes.

Now the curry is ready to serve with hot steamed rice.

Spicy Dhaniya Powder(Good with rice)?Dhaniya Podi

Hai friends today i am coming with "Dhaniya Podi.This is very simple and easy tto prepare.This goes nice with rice.I really love this podi.Whenever i dont have more curries then i mix this with rice and have it.All the rice goes with this podi.I prepare this podi in more quantity and store it.During rainy season this is very nice rice.Ok lets go to the recipe




Ingredients:

Dhaniya Seeds/Coriander seeds-1 cup
Jeera/Cumin-1/2 cup
Dry red chillies-10 to 12(required to taste)
Tamarind-Small lemon size (As shown in the pic)
Garlic-2
Salt to taste

Method:

First take big pan and heat it.
Dry roast the dhaniya seeds,jeera and dry red chillies one by one.






Keep them aside and make it cool.


Now take the dhaniya,jeera,dry chillies,tamarind,garlic and salt.



Blend it to fine powder.
Store it in the dry jar.
Serve it with hot steamed rice with little oil.

Shrimp /Prawn Biryani

Hai friends today i am coming with nice biryani "Shrimp/Prawn Biryani".This is very simple and easy to prepare.I really enjoy the any biryani's.We can prepare these biryani's in various methods today i am going to share the one.Ok lets go to the recipe



Ingredients:

Prawns/Shrimp-1 lb
Basmathi Rice-2 cups
Onions-2
Green chillies-6(use acc to ur taste)
Few curry leaves
Oil-2 tsp
Turmeric little
Shah Jeera-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Curd/Yogurt-1/2 cup
Coriander/Kottimeera -Handsful
Pudina/mint-hands ful
Water-2 cups

To marinate:

Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp(Use Acc to ur taste)
Turmeric-1/4th tsp
Garam masala-1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped)-few
Lemon juice-1 tsp

Masala/Spices to grind:

Elachi-4 to 5
Cloves-6
Cinnamon stick-small
Bay leaves-2 to 3
Peppercorns-6 to 7
Dhaniya/Coriander seeds-1 tsp

Preparations:

Rice:
-------
First soak the basmathi rice in water for atleast 30 minutes.

Prawns/Shrimp to marinate:
----------------------------------
Remove the skin of the prawns and clean well the prawns and keep it aside.



Take prawns in a bowl and add all the ingredients listed below in the marinate.




Mix it well and keep it aside for 30 minutes or more time.


Spices to grind:
------------------
First dry roast the spices and make it cool.


Then blend to coarsly to get extra flavour.


Method:

Place the wide pan and heat it.

To this add the oil and make it heat.Add the shahjeera and make it pop.


Add the onions and fry it until it turns light golden brown.





Now add the green chillies and curry leaves to get taste and flavour.

Add the marinated shrimp and fry for 5 minutes or until it get cooked.


When the shrimp get cooked add the grinded spices and mix it well.

Add the mint to the cooked shrimp mix it well.

Then add the yogurt, water and salt.Make it boil.




When it starts to boil then add the rice mix it well.


Cover it and cook the biryani for 10 to 15 minutes.


When the biryani is getting cooked sprinkle some fried onions cover it again and cook for 2 minutes.


Now the biryani is done.Serve it hot with raita.
