How to Organize Under the Kitchen Sink(Organize 1)

Hai friends today i am coming with one useful post.How to organize under the Kitchen Sink.I am little organized in the house.
I love to organize the stuff which make life little easy and it looks nice.
Its not easy when we start the organization.It takes some time to organize everything.
Now a days i am spending lot of time to organize my entire house.
Finally i get a chance to take pictures to share with you all.
Ok lets see how i organize


What we need:

Stackable bins-3(I used dollar tree bins)
Wide basket -1
(We can use stackable bins from container store too)
I did my own lables at home.

How to do:

I take everything out first and arrange the bins as shown in the pic.
In one bin i kept only scrubs.
In another one i kept only freshners
In the top bin i kept handwashing liquids.

In wide basket i kept the cleaning liquids,dishwashing liquid,dishwasher tablets ,wipes .
In the next side all cleaning stuff in one basket.
Next to this grocery bags in one place grocery bag holder.(This i bought from Ikea)
Next to that Swiffer floor wiper.
To the doors i stick Some command hooks(This i bought from Dollar tree)
To this i hang the duster,Bottle cleaner and Gloves.


I hope u all like it how i arrange the under the sink Cabinet.I hope u do that too.
Soon i will come with more organizing stuff.

Carrot Paratha

Hai friends today I am coming with one more simple and tasty recipe called "CARROT PARATHA".This is simple and healthy recipe.This is good for lunch boxes also.I love to give paratha to my daughters lunch box because its easy to eat without any mess.Due to these kind of paratha no need to give extra curry like that just we can give some salad and yigurt which makes my life easy.I hope it will work for u all guys,Ok lets go the recipe.

Ingredients:

Grated carrot-1 cup
Wheat flour-3 cups
Onion chopped -1/4 th cup(optional)
Coriander choppd -Handsfull
Salt to taste
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp(Use according to ur taste)
Turmeric -Little pinch
Cumin Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Oil -1 tsp
Water -Required to knead the dough

Preparations:

Carrot:  First clean well with water.Peel the skin and then grate.

Onions-Finally Chopped and keep it aside.

Coriander- Clean well with water and chopped  finelly.

Method:

Take a wide bowl and add the grated carrot ,chopped coriander,chopped onions,salt,chilli powder,coriander cumin powder and turmeric one by one .






Mix it well.


Add the flour and mix it well with water to make nice dough.



Finally apply some oil to the dough and keep it aside for 30 minutes.



Now take the small amount of dough and dust it with some flour and roll it in clock wise direction.



Now heat the tawa or pan.
When the tawa is nicely heated place the rolled paratha.



Fry it both sides by applying little ghee or not.
The paratha should be cooked,
Now the paratha is done.

 Serve it hot with chutney and yogurt.

Fish Fillets Curry

Hai friends today i am coming with simple curry "Fish Fillets Curry".This is easy to prepare and simple dish.Kids can eat happily because i used fillets.This we can do with regular fish.Sometimes i like to try fillets.This goes nice with hot steamed rice.

Ingredients:

Fish fillets-8 to 10 pieces
Onions-2
Tomatoes-2
Ginger chopped-1 tsp
Garlic chopped -1 tsp
Green chillies chopped-1 tsp
Turmeric little pinch
Mustard seeds-1/2 tp
Jeera-1/2 tsp
Curry leaves few
Salt to taste
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Fish masala-1/2 tsp
Tamarind juice-1/2 cup
Coriander leaves-handsful

Preparations:

Chop the onions,tomatoes,chillies keep it aside.
Grind the tomatoes and keep it aside.

Method:

Take a wide pan and heat it.When it gets heat add the oil .
To this add the garlic and fry until raw smell goes.

This timee add the mustard seeds and jeera and make it pop.

When it starts to pop add the chopped ginger , green chillies and curry leaves fry for 30 seconds


Add the chopped onions and turmeric mix it well.Fry it onions turns to light brown.



Add the tomato puree and fry until the raw smell goes.



Now add one by one  tamarind juice,salt,chilli powder,fish masala and 1/2 cup water mix it well.







Cover it and cook until it starts to boil.


Now add the fish fillets and cook until oil separates from the gravy.(it takes 5 minutes)




Finally add the chopped coriander.

Serve it with hot steamed rice.
