Show me ur Refrigerator and award time

Hai friends today i am not coming with the recipe just coming with some awards and Show me ur refrigerator.Its really very nice idea to see the all refrigerators.Now i got an idea that show me ur kitchen also it will be also very helpful.Will wait and see.Inside my fridge its really very messy so cant take the photos.Just posting the outer look only.Lets go through my fridge.

On front side there are some photos my cute little price photos and my sweet heart husband photos and  also my parents and my sibblings photos.
And also some countries and states souveniers.

Blueberry corn salad

Hai friends today i am coming with salad which is very healthy and tasty.This recipe i got while googling i really love this recipe and give a try we all love it.So i want to share with u friends lets go to the recipe.

Ingredients:

Blueberries-1 cup
Corn-2 cups
Onion-1
Cucumber-2
Jalopeno-1
Coriander leaves fewstrings
Honey-1 tsp
Salt to taste
cumin powder-1/2 tsp(I dont have powder so i use whole cumin)
Pepper-1/8 tsp
Olive oil-2 tsp(Miss the photo)
Lemon-1

Method :

First take corn in a bowl and cook for 2 minutes in the oven.
\Actually i dont have the cumin powder so i use the whole cumin and i crushed with the Mortar.

In the mean time we have to prepare the sauce  take small bowl add theolive oil(i missed this step) lemon juice,salt,honey,crushed cumin and pepper and mix well.
Now chop the onions,coriander,Jalopeno and cucumber and keep it aside.
Now take big bowl and add the chopped cucumber,corn and onions to it.
Now add one by one jalopeno,coriander and the blue berries to it.
To this add  the sauce and mix it well and cover the bowl and keep this bowl overnight in the refrigerator.
After i day serve this with ur meal.

Stuffed Bread Rolls

Hai friends today i am coming with "Stuffed Bread Rolls"I tried this recipe and it came out good want to share with u guys.This is very healthy and tasty.Lets go to the recipe.

Ingredients:

Bread slices-6
Refried beans-1 can
Avocado paste-1/2 cup(I use whole avocado)
Onions chopped-1/2 cup
Tomatoes chopped-1/2 cup
3 Types cheese-1/2 cup
Ghee to fry the rolls

Method:

First take the breads and cut the edges of the bread and keep it aside.
Now take the refried beans and apply to the bread.
Apply avocado paste  and place the tomato pieces,onions pieces and some cheese.
Now close it by applying very little  water.(just apply little water to close and make the rolls)
Place the pan and heat it.
When it gets heat place the rolls and apply very little ghee or butter to fry the rolls.
Fry all sides .
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.

Fish Masala Curry

Hai friends today i am coming with Fish Curry.Ydy i felt very bore in same type of fish curry then i google and find one nice simple recipe i love it and try this recipe it came out very tasty and we all love it.So i want ot share this recipe with u.Lets go to the recipe.

Ingredients:

Fish Pieces-6 to 7(I use Tilapia)
Onions-2
Curd(yogurt)-1 cup
Salt to taste
Chilli powder-1 tsp(Acc to ur taste)
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2
Ginger Garlic paste-1 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Methi leaves few
Curry leaves few
Oil-2 tsp(Actually this curry needs 4 tsp)

Method:

First clean the fish with the salt and little turmeric and clean the fish well and keep it aside.
Now cut the onions into lenght wise and keep it aside.
Place the pan and heat it when it gets heat add the sliced onions and fry until it turns to light brown.
Take the onions from the pan and keep it aside.
Now in the same pan add the remaining oil and heat it.
When it gets heat add the mustard seeds when it starts to pop add the curry leaves,Coriander cumin powder,chilli powder and ginger garlic paste and mix well.
To this add 1/2 cup water and cook this until all water gets evaporate.
In the mean time we have to prepare the paste.Tke the onions in the blender add the 1 cup curd and blend to a smooth paste.
Now the water gets evaporate to this add the onion curd paste and mix well and cook until the oil separates from the paste.
When the oil is separting add the fish pieces and apply the masala to the fish pieces.
Add 1/2 cup water and salt to it cover it and cook for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes when the masala is boiling add 2 tsp of fresh or dried methi leaves and cook for 15 minutes.
Now tranfer the curry to the serving bowl and serve hot with steamed rice.
