Chicken Keema Balls

Hai friends how are u all.Hope everyone doing good.Now a days i was busy with my daughter and cleaning and organizing my house.Soon i will come with my organizing tips.These tips helps me a lot in my house.I hope they will work for u all.

Today i am coming with nice recipe called."Chicken Keema Balls".This is very tasty and easy to prepare.This we can have it like appetizer or side dish.I had this like a snack.I tried and tasted so want to share the recipe with u all.Ok lets go to the recipe.




Ingredients:

Chicken Keema-2 lbs
Onions-2
Green chillies-2
Ginger garlic paste-2 tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Garam masala-1 tsp
Chopped Curry leaves-2 tsp
Coriander-Handsfull
Oil-2 cups(for deep frying)

Preparations:

Chop the onions,green chillies and coriander.

Method:

First take chicken keema in a bowl and clean well with water.Drain all the water and keep it aside.
To this add the chopped onions,curry leaves,ginger garlic paste,chilli paste,salt,chilli powder ,garam masala and chopped coriander one by one.





Mix it well.Take small amount of the mixture and make small lemon size balls.

Do all the mixture like balls as shown in the pic.
Take oil in the frying pan and heat it.
Drop one ball to check whether it is enough heat.
When the oil is ready .Slowly drop the balls one by one.

Cook the balls until it turns to brown.
When the balls are cooked well.Take out from the oil and place them on the paper to absorb excess oil.


Serve it hot with ketchup.Or u can have it directly.

Aratikaya Koora(Without Onion)

Hai friends today i am coming with simple curry called "Aratikaya Koora".This is very simple curry and easy to prepare.This goes nice with rasam rice.This curry we can have it like snack too.Ok lets go the recipe

Ingredients:

Plantains/Aratikaaya-2
Grated coconut-4 tsp
Oil-2 tsp
Urad dal-1 tsp
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Jeera-1 tsp
Dry red chilli pieces-20
Curry leaves few
Hing- little pinch
Salt to taste

Preparation:

Peel the skin of the plantain and cut it into chuncks.
Clean well with water and keep it aside.

How to cook:

Take water in a pan and make it boil.
To this add the salt and plantain pieces.

Cook this for 5 minutes.
When they are cooked drain in the colander and keep it aside.

Method:

Place the pan add the oil and heat it.
To this add the urad dal and fry until light brown.
Now add the mustard seeds,jeera ,dry red chillies curry leaves ,hing one by one.



Finally add the salt.Mix it.
To this add the cooked plantain and mix it well.


Finally add the grated coconut.
Mix it well.
Serve it hot with rasam rice.
