Gongura Shrimp/Prawns Biryani

 Hai friends today I am coming with yummy and tasty recipe called "Gongura Shrimp/Prawn Biryani". This is very very tasty biryani. Those who likes spicy and tangy will love this biryani. This has both combo of spicy and tangy taste. This we can prepare with chicken , veggies and even pickles too. I tried everything. I really enjoyed the gongura avakayi biryani. This recipe my sister did it. In this recipe I used  frozen gongura .We can use both fresh and frozen gongura. The gongura i preserved during fall. The froze gongura we can use for 6 months old too. Ok lets go the recipe





Ingredients:

Gongura paste-1 cup

Basmathi Rice-2 cups

Shrimp-2 cups

Onions-2

Green chillies-6 to 7

Tomatoes-3

Salt to taste

Chilli powder to taste

Ginger garlic paste-2 tsp

Curry leaves few

Oil-2 tsp

Ghee-2 tsp

Mint- handsful

Coriander-handsful

Cashew-1/2 cup

Whole spices -elachi,cloves,cinnamon,bay leaf,shah jeera,big elachi,ja patri,Marati mogga

Biryani masala-1 tsp

Water required

Sugar-1 tsp


Preparations:

Cut the onions into lenghtwise.

Method:

Place the deep bottomed pan and heat it . Add oil   and fry the onions

Mix it well

Add salt , Add masala powder Add turmeric too Mix it well

Cook the onions till it turns transparent

Now the onions cooked well .Take out from the pot and keep this aside

Now in the same pot add the oil and ghee  heat it. When it gets heat add the cashew and whole spices

Add the slit green chillies and fry it add curry leaves , turmeric ginger garlic paste too. Mix it well.

Add 3 big pieces of tomatoes mix it well and cook till it becomes soft

Now the tomatoes are soft

Here are the marinated shrimp to marinate add the salt, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste to the shrimp

 and keep aside for 30 minutes

Add to the pan and mix it well.

Cover it and cook for 2 to 3 minutes

Now add the gongura paste mix it well . Now cook it till the oil comes out.

Add required amount of water ,Add the chopped mint and coriander 

Add salt , chilli powder little sugar , biryani masala too

When the water starts to boil add the soaked rice add fried onions too and mix it well

Cover it and cook  till the rice is cooked well

Now the biryani is ready

Serve with onion raita and yummy yummy gulab jamun(optional)

Shrimp/Prawns Curry In Clay Pot

 Hai friends today I am coming with yummy and tasty curry "Shrimp Curry" .This is called village style cooking. Cooking in clay pot is very good. Cooking in clay pot is easy but cleaning takes little . Cooking in clay pot food tastes good. We need little attention. . This is very simple curry. This goes nice with hot steamed rice. This is perfect side dish. Ok lets go the recipe




Ingredients:


Shrimp/Prawns-2 lbs

Onions-1

Oil-2 tsp

Salt to taste

Turmeric-Little

Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp

Green chillies-3

Chilli powder to taste

Garam Masala-1/2 tsp

Chopped coriander handsful

Curry Leaves few

Method:

Place the clay pot and heat it. Add oil too

When oil gets heat add chopped onions and turmeric fry till transparent

Add slit green chillies and curry leaves

Add ginger garlic paste

Cover it cook till onions are cooked

Add chilli powder, garam masala and salt mix it well

Add cleaned shrimp and mix it well. The masala should coated well to the shrimp

Add little water and mix it well .Cover it and cook for 4 to 5 minutes

Don't over cook .Finally add the chopped coriander and off the heat.

Yummy. Serve with hot hot steamed rice

Mutton Mandi

 Hai friends today I am coming with yummy tasty recipe called "Mutton Mandi". This is very tasty and yummy biryani. This has unique ingredients. It gives unique flavours.  I really love the taste and flavour. I followed few recipes and tried . 

In this I used dry lemon. That we can make at home . Cut it into half squeeze the juice and keep the lemon in oven and cook for  2 minutes. It will get dry.




Ok lets go the recipe

Ingredients:

Masala:

Green cardamom-3

Cinnamon stick-2 

Cloves-6 

Cumin seed-1tso

Pepper corn-1/2 tsp

Dry Ginger -Small piece

Coriander seeds-2 tbsp.

Ja patri little

Nutmeg small piece

Fennel Seeds-1/2 tsp

Dry lemon small piece

Dry red chillies-4


Marination:

Mutton-2 lbs

Mandi Masala

Salt

Turmeric

Green chilli paste-5-6

Lemon juice-1piece

Saffron water-1/8 cup


Main cooking:

Basmati rice:2 cups

Oil-1/2cup

Bayleaf-2

Cardamom-2

Cloves-3

Cinnamon-1inch

Onions-2

Tomatoes-2

Green chilles-4

Preparation:

Take the spices as shown here(Forgot to show dry ginger here)

Add in the jar and blend to the powder

Here you Mandi Masala is ready

Take 2 lbs mutton. Take 4 tsp mandi masala  add turmeric , salt, lemon juice, oil , little soaked saffron 

and little water  mix it well

Add mutton and mix it well. Marinate for atleast 4 hours or overnight.


Method:

Place  cooker add oil ,ghee and heat it. When it gets heat add spices 

To this add chopped onions , chillies and turmeric fry for 3 to 4 minutes

When tomatoes are cooked add marinated mutton and fry for 2 minutes

Add salt and mix it well

Add 2 cups of water

Pressure cook for 6 to 7 whistles

Now the mutton is ready

Now take the big mutton pieces for the fry . keep this aside

Soak the basmathi rice for 30 minutes

Now add the basmati rice to the  mutton gravy. Mix it well

Now add 2 cups of water and salt(Mutton gravy is approximately 2 cups)

Add 1 tsp mundi masala too

Add coriander cook this till the rice cooked well in low heat

Fry the Mutton pieces

Add 1 tsp crushed  green chillies or paste

Add mandi masala too  Add Kashmiri chilli powder

Add little salt too Fry for 1 minutes

Add the mutton pieces and fry for 3 to 4 minutes

Now fry is ready

Fry cashew pieces in the ghee and keep this aside

Now the rice is ready

Add fried mutton pieces on the top

Add fried cashew ,soaked saffron and chopped coriander   too

Cover it and cook for 2 to 3 minutes in low flame(Here can use the coal smoke)

Now Mutton Mandi  is ready

Chicken 65 (Pan Fried)

 Hai friends today I am coming with yummy and tasty recipe called "Pan Fried Chicken 65".This is simple easy and tasty recipe. This is best appetizer. With less oil we can prepare this dish. I tried baking too. It came out so good too. In this recipe we can use vinegar and food colour. Instead of vinegar we can use lemon juice. Instead of colour i used kashmiri chilli powder. The taste is same instead of using these items. Ok lets go the recipe

Ingredients:





Chicken(boneless)-1 lb

Turmeric little pinch

Soya sauce-1 tsp

Onion-1

Corn Flour-2 tsp

Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp

Chopped green chillies-1 tsp

Chilli powder-to taste

Kashmiri chilli powder-1/2 tsp

Egg white-1 egg

Chilli sauce-1 tsp

Lemon juice-1 tsp

Capsicum-1

Garlic chopped-2 tsp

Ginger chopped-2 tsp

Curry leaves handsful

Oil-4 tsp

Curd-1/4 th cup

Chilli garlic sauce-1 tsp

Cashew chopped-1/4th cup


Preparation:


Take cleaned and  cut boneless chicken pieces in a bowl.

Add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, chilli  powder , kashmiri  red chilli powder, chilli sauce ,lemon juice, egg white to the chicken pieces.

Mix it well and marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Keep it aside

After marination done add corn flour and mix it well.


Method:


Place the pan add oil and heat it.

When it is hot add the marinated chicken pieces fry it well till the chicken cooked well.

It takes 5 to 10 minutes to cook. Cover with lid and cook it.

After 5 minutes the chicken is cooked well. Now off the heat.

Place another pan add more oil and heat it.

When it gets heat add the chopped ginger ,garlic, cashew nuts,chopped green chillies and fry it

Add the onions chuncks ,curry leaves, capsicum chunks and fry for 2 minutes.

The add the chilli sauces, chilli garlic sauce and yogurt and mix it well.

Add the fried chicken, pepper powder and finely chopped curry leaves and mix it well.

Fry for 2 minutes and off the heat.

Serve it hot with yummy yummy fried rice.

Enjoy the dish

Keema Fried Rice(You can use any meat like chicken,goat and turkey)


 Hai friends today I am coming with yummy and tasty recipe called "Keema Fried Rice".This is very simple and easy to prepare.In my city one restuarent sells the keema fried rice.That is the first time i tried the keema fried rice.Really we liked it very much.Then i tried the recipe.It came our so good.Today i want to share the recipe with u all.Ok lets go the recipe

Ingredients:






Keema Curry-2 cups(Click on the keema curry for the recipe)

Cooked Basmathi Rice-4 cups

Chopped Garlic-1 tsp

Chapped Ginger-1 tsp

Chopped Onion-1/2 cup

Chopped Cabbage-1/2 cup

Chopped carrot-1/2 cup

Chopped Capiscum-1/2 cup

Salt to taste

Pepper powder to taste

Oil-2 tsp

Chopped Spring Onions-1/2 cup

Preparations:


Prepare the keema curry and keep it aside




Cook the basmathi rice and keep it aside



Method:

Place wok and heat it.To this add the Oil .When the oil get sheat add the chopped garlic and ginger.


Add the chopped onions and mix it well.Fry it for 2 minutes.

Add the Chopped cabbage and chopped carrot.Fry it high heat mixing continously.





Later add the Chopped capsicum ,salt and pepper.Mix it well 



To this add the keema curry too.


Mix it well

Add the cooked rice and mix it well

Mix it well The rice keena cueey and veggies should mix well.




Finally add the chopped spring onions.
Serve it hot with Raita.

Buffalo Chicken Wings

Hai friends today I am coming with yummy and tasty recipe called "Buffalo Chicken Wings"This is very simple and easy to prepare.I really love this wings.When ever we go to that restaurant we order 3 to 4 types of variety wings.Thai Curry wings are one of my favourite.I bought the sauce and enjoying .Ok lets go to the recipe




Ingredients:


Chicken Wings-2 lbs
Ginger garlic paste-2 tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Turmeric little
Garamasala-1 tsp
Oil-2 tsp
Lemon Juice-1 tsp
Buffalo Thai Curry Sauce-3 to 4 tsp



Preparations:

Take the big bowl and add the ginger garlic paste,salt,chilli powder,garam masala,turmeric,lemon juice and oil one by one and mix it well.










To the mixture add the cleaned chicken wings and mix it well.Marinate this for 2 hours



Method:

Preheat the oven 400F

In the mean time arrange all the wings on the baking tray.

When oven is ready place the tray in the oven.Bake this for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes take out from the oven

 Take the baked wings in the bowl.

Add the required amount of  Thai curry sauce

 Mix it well

Serve it hot with the sour cream,ketchup and celery
