Chicken 65 (Pan Fried)

 Hai friends today I am coming with yummy and tasty recipe called "Pan Fried Chicken 65".This is simple easy and tasty recipe. This is best appetizer. With less oil we can prepare this dish. I tried baking too. It came out so good too. In this recipe we can use vinegar and food colour. Instead of vinegar we can use lemon juice. Instead of colour i used kashmiri chilli powder. The taste is same instead of using these items. Ok lets go the recipe

Ingredients:





Chicken(boneless)-1 lb

Turmeric little pinch

Soya sauce-1 tsp

Onion-1

Corn Flour-2 tsp

Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp

Chopped green chillies-1 tsp

Chilli powder-to taste

Kashmiri chilli powder-1/2 tsp

Egg white-1 egg

Chilli sauce-1 tsp

Lemon juice-1 tsp

Capsicum-1

Garlic chopped-2 tsp

Ginger chopped-2 tsp

Curry leaves handsful

Oil-4 tsp

Curd-1/4 th cup

Chilli garlic sauce-1 tsp

Cashew chopped-1/4th cup


Preparation:


Take cleaned and  cut boneless chicken pieces in a bowl.

Add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, chilli  powder , kashmiri  red chilli powder, chilli sauce ,lemon juice, egg white to the chicken pieces.

Mix it well and marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Keep it aside

After marination done add corn flour and mix it well.


Method:


Place the pan add oil and heat it.

When it is hot add the marinated chicken pieces fry it well till the chicken cooked well.

It takes 5 to 10 minutes to cook. Cover with lid and cook it.

After 5 minutes the chicken is cooked well. Now off the heat.

Place another pan add more oil and heat it.

When it gets heat add the chopped ginger ,garlic, cashew nuts,chopped green chillies and fry it

Add the onions chuncks ,curry leaves, capsicum chunks and fry for 2 minutes.

The add the chilli sauces, chilli garlic sauce and yogurt and mix it well.

Add the fried chicken, pepper powder and finely chopped curry leaves and mix it well.

Fry for 2 minutes and off the heat.

Serve it hot with yummy yummy fried rice.
