Eggless Almond/Badam Cookies

Hai friends today i am coming with yummy recipe called "Almond Cookies".Its very simple and easy to prepare.This can be prepared with both Maida/All purpose flour or Wheat flour/Atta.Today i prepared with Atta.The taste is same and good.Little change is the colour of the cookies only.This cookies i prepared for chrristmas for Santa.My daughter helped me in the preparing of cookies.Ok lets go the recipe


Ingredients:

Wheat Flour/Atta/Goduma Pindi-1 cup
Almond Flour/Badam Pindi-1/2 cup
Unsalted Butter-1/2 cup
Salt little pinch
Sugar-3/4th cup
Baking powder-1 tsp
Vanilla Essence-1 tsp
Milk-1/4th cup

Preparation

Take Whole Almonds in the blender and blend it you get the crushed Almond flour.

Method:
Dry Ingredients:
Take a wide bowl and add the Wheat flour,Crushed Almond Flour Mix it well with the Whisker.


Add the Baking Powder and Salt again mix it well .

Keep this aside


Wet Ingredients:


Take a wide bowl and add the room temperature butter and whisk it well for 1 minutes.

Now add the powdered sugar and mix it well until nice creamy paste.

To this add the vanila essence and the milk.Mix it well.


Now combine both wet and dry ingredients together and make it like a dough as shown in the pic.


Keep it aside and covered for 15 minutes.

Now preheat oven for 350F.

In the meantime we have to make balls .

Take the baking tray and arrange the dough balls as shown in the pic.

Place whole almond on the dough and press gently.place the balls little apart because while baking the cookies may expand.


When the oven temperature is ready place the cookie tray in the oven and bake it for 20 minutes.


After 20 minutes take them out and make it cool.


Now enjoy the cookies.Place them in the airtight container.

Notes:


 Flour:We can use either wheat flour or All purpose Flour

Sugar-We can use brown sugar or sugar

Almonds:Take whole almonds and blend it we get crushed almond.

Coconut Macaroons

Hai friends today i am coming with nice and tasty recipe "Coconut Macaroons".This is very simple and easy to prepare.I saw this recipe in TV and i really love it and give a try it came out good.Everybody going to love this recipe.Ok lets go to the recipe

Ingredients:

Sweetened shredded coconut- 14 ounces packet
Sweetened condensed milk-14 ounces(1 tin)
Vanilla extract-1 tsp
Eggs-2
Salt -little pinch
 
Method:
 
First preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
 
Now take the eggs and separate the whites and yolks.
 
Now combine the coconut, condensed milk, and vanilla in a large bowl and keep it aside.
 
Keep it aside.
Whip the egg whites in the bowl with the electric mixer until they make medium-firm peaks.
To the egg whites add the vanila essence and salt mix it carefully.
Carefully add the egg whites into the coconut mixture.Mix it well.
Drop the batter onto sheet pans lined with aluminium foil with butter rubbed on it.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown.


 Cool and serve.

Rice Crispes Bars(Kellogs)

Hai friends today i am coming with the the Rice crispes bars.This is saw while googling i love it and try this recipe many times.It came out perfect so want to share with u guys.

Ingredients:

Rice crispes-1 cup
Marshmellows-1 cup
Butter-1 tsp
Choclate chips-1/2 cup(optional)
Nuts-Acc to ur taste(Optional)Chop the nuts


Method:
First we have to grease the pan with the butter and keep it aside.
Heat the pan and add the butter.
When the butter starts to melt add the marshmallows and mix this well.






When the marshmellows starts to melt it should melt completely soon add the rice crispes and mix well untill all the crispes coated well.


At this point add the choclate chips and mix it well again .

Transfer all the mix to the butter geased tray and spread it evenly leave for 15 minutes.


After cut with knife like square pieces.



Store it in air tight box.

Note:Add the choclate chips when the marshmallows coated well to the rice crispes.Other wise the choclate chips gets melt as shown in my pic.
