Bhaji in Instant Pot

 Hai friends today I am coming with easy and tasty recipe called "Bhaji in Instant Pot". This is very simple and easy to prepare. Now Instant pot made our work easy. It is very handy too. Everyday i use Instant pot. I tried many recipes in it. Today i am coming one among the recipes .Here is the recipe



 


Ingredients:

Potatoes-2

Cauliflower Florets-1 cup

Carrot-2

Green peas-1 cup

Onion-1(big)

Capsicum-1

Tomatoes-2

Jeera-1/2 tsp

Ginger garlic paste-2 tsp

Salt to taste

Pavbhaji masala-2 tsp

Coriander(chopped)-Handsfull

Butter-3 tsp

Food colour -little(optional)

Lemon slices

Preparations:

Cut the All the veggies and keep it aside.

Method:

Switch on the Instant Pot and select the saute mode.

Add the butter and heat it.

When the butter melts add the onions and fry it. Add the jeera and turmeric. Mix it well

When the onions are transparent  add the ginger garlic paste and fry it till the raw smell goes

Add  all the chopped veggies and mix it well

Add chopped tomatoes and mix it well

Add the Pav bhaji Masala, Salt, Kashmiri chilli powder mix it well and f then add required amount of water

Now close the lid and close the vent. Select manual mode and keep timer for 20

After 20 minutes open the lid

Now mash it well with masher or hand blender

Finally add the chopped coriander and butter

Serve it hot with Hot hot Pav.

Sorakaya Curry in Instant Pot under 10 minutes

 Hai friends today I am coming with yummy and tasty recipe called "Sorakaya Curry". This is very easy and tasty curry. This can be done in IP under 10 minutes. This goes nice with rice and chapathi.  We can cook this recipe in different masala but today i am coming with one amomng the recipes. Ok lets go the recipe




Ingredients:

Sorakaya/Bottle gourd-1

Onion-1

Salt to taste

Sambar Powder-1 tsp

Curry leaves few

Oil-1 tsp

Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp

Jeera-1/2 tsp

Turmeric-Little pinch

Chopped Coriander-Handsful


Preprations:

Peel the skin and cut into chunks or chop it.

Method:

Turn on IP in saute mode .Add oil and heat it.

Add mustard seeds and jeera

Add turmeric and chopped onions fry for 2 minutes

Now add the chopped sorakya mix it well

Add salt and sambar powder. Mix it well

Add curry leaves and  half cup water

Close the lid and cook in manual for 5 minutes

After pressure releases open the lid

Finally add the chopped coriander

Serve it hot with Hot steamed rice or Chapathi.

Pasta cooking in Instant pot(No boiling pasta)

Hai friends today I am coming with easy recipe called"Pasta cooking in Instant Pot".Cooking pasta in instant pot is one of time saver recipe.Here no need to boil the Pasta.This can be done in 15 minutes.This process make life easy.I am trying lot of new recipes in Instant Pot.This is one of them.I will share all the recipes .Ok lets go the recipe




Ingredients:

Pasta-1 cup(I used penne pasta)
Pasta sauce-3/4th cup
Onion-1
Water-1 3/4th cup
Brocolli florets-1/2 cup
Corn-1/4th cup
Carrot-1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Oregano little
Rosemary little
Oil-1 tsp
Parmesan cheese for sprinkle(optional)

Preparation:

Cut the onions,carrot and broccoli clean with water drain it and keep it aside.



Method:Take the Instant pot bowl add the pasta,carrot,onions,brocolli,corn,pasta sauce,salt,pepper,rosemery,oregano,water,oil one by one and just mix it.












Now close the instant pot and set it to manual .Set the timer for 5 minutes.


After 5 minutes release the pressure.So that the pasta wont cook more.


Now the pasta is ready but it will be little watery.Now change the mode to saute and cook for 5 minutes or the water evoparates.


Now pasta is ready to serve.

Sprinkle the parmesan cheese serve it hot.


Note:

Pasta:We can use any type of pasta.

Sauce:We can use homemade or store bought pasta sauce.

Vegetables:We can peppers,green peas mushrooms,cherrie tomtoes.

Herbs:We can use fresh or dried ones.
