Skimmed milk-1 cup
First we have clean the icecream base with water and freeze this for atleast 24 hours.
First clean the mangoes well with water and peel the skin.
Boiling the Milk.(In microwave version)
Take the malk in the microwave safe bowl and heat this for 2 minutes or till we get small bubbles in the sides.
Now take out and add the required amount of sugar and boil it again for 2 more minutes or untill the sugar dissolves.
Now take the icecream base bowl from the freezer and set the machine well.
Now pour the mango mixture in the icecream machine and switch on the machine and run this for 15 to 30 minutes.
Mangoes: Instead of fresh magoes we can use mango pulp cans.
Cream:Instead of milk we can use the heavy cream.
Sugar:Instead of sugar we can use condensed mil.
We can boil the milk on the stove top too.
This icecream can be prepare without the icecream maker too.
Just combine the cooled milk,cream,condensed milk,mago puree everything and freeze it and the next day the icecream is ready.
