Cabbage Onion Pakoda

Hai friends today i am coming with yummy snack called "Cabbage Onion Pakoda"This is very simple to prepare .I always prepare both onions and cauliflower separately but one day tried mixing both onion and cabbage.It came out good.Ok lets go the recipe


Ingredients:

Cauliflower-2 cups
Onion-1
Green chilli-2
Ginger chopped-1 tsp
Ajwain-1 tsp
Jeera-1/2 tsp
Chilli powder- to taste
Turmeric-little
Baking Soda-little pinch
Salt to taste
Coriander Leaves-handsfull
Hot oil-2 tsp
Oil-2 cups
Baking Soda little pinch(Optional)


Preparation:

Cut the cauliflower in the small florets.Take warm water and add the turmeric and soak the cauliflower florets for 10 to 15 minutes.

Cut the onion into thin slices.Keep it aside.




 Method:

Take a wide bowl and add the besan,turmeric,ajwain and jeera.
Whisk it well.

 To this add the onions, chilli powder,chilli ginger paste,chopped curry leaves,chopped coriander leaves  salt and hot oil.






Mix it well.
Add little water and mix it as shown in the pic.

To this add the cauliflower flowets and mix it well.

The mixture should coated well all florets.
Heat the oil and add the onion cauliflower florets.


Fry until light brown.
Take out from oil and place on the paper to absorb excess oil.



Serve it hot with ketchup.
