Raw Mango Coconut Chutney

Hai friends today i am coming with yummy recipe called"Raw Mango Coconut Chutney".This is very simple ,easy and tasty chutney.This chutney goes well with rice and dosa too.Even this is good for dip too.I enjoyed this with rice.If the mango is sour it tastes yummy.This can make without coconut too.I liked in both versions.Ok lets go to the recipe


Ingredients:

Mango pieces-1 cup
Fresh coconut-1/2 cup
Green chillies-5
Ginger -small piece
Curry leaves -few
Turmeric little
Salt to taste
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Jeera-1/2 tsp
Urad dal-1 tsp
Dry red chilli pieces-few



 Method:

Place the add oil and heat it.When it gets heat add urad dal fry until light brown.


 When it starts to brown add the 1/4th spoon mustard seeds and jeera make it pop.

 Add the green chillies,ginger ,coconut pieces and turmeric.Mix it and off the heat,Make it cool.


 When it gets cool add the mango pieces and the mixture to the blender.To this add required amount of salt and water and blend it to smooth paste.




 Now the chutney paste is ready.

 Now take the same pan add the oil and do seasoning with the mustard seeds make it pop.Add the jeera,dry chillies curry leaves and hing.Add the seasoning to the chutney.Serve it with dosa or rice.
 Chutney is ready to serve.
