Shrimp/Prawns and Spring Onions Curry

Hai friends today i am coming with yummy and tasty curry called"Shrimp and Spring Onions Curry".This is very easy to prepare.The taste is very yummy.Adding more spring onions give unique flavour.We can have this curry as snack also.The process of making this curry also little different and easy too.Ok lets go the recipe




Ingredients:

Shrimp/Prawns-1lb
Spring Onions-4 bunches
Onion-1 small
Green chillies to taste
Turmeric-little pinch
Salt to taste
Chilli powder to taste
Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
Garam Masala-1/2 tsp
Dhaniya/Coriander  Powder-1/2 tsp
Oil-2 tsp


Preparations:

Peel all  the shrimp skin and clean well with water.Drain the water and keep it aside.

Spring Onions:

Cut the ends of the spring onions and chop all the spring onion greens .Clean well with water and keep it aside.


Method:

Take one pan add the shrimp ,slit green chillies,chopped onions,turmeric,salt ,chilli powder,garam masala,dhaniya powder,ginger garlic paste and finally spring onions one by one.(Don't add the oil)















Cover it and cook it in low heat for 15 minutes.(Don't cook more than 15 minutes)




Now off the heat and take out only shrimp and keep it aside.


Place the pan add oil and heat it.Now add the cooked masala.



Cook until all the water evaporates.




Now add the shrimp and mix it well.Cook this for 2 minutes.



Now curry is ready.Serve it hot with rice or roti.
