Egg Kofta Curry

Hai friends how r u guys.Since 10 days i think i am not posting any recipes.Last week we went to very small trip to Austin and Sanantonio. We came back on tuesday but bit busy in household work. These days i am very lazy i cant concentrate in posting the reciepes but now its ok.Here in Texas the climate is very hot.I wont talk more here r some pics from my trip.

Ok now lets go to the recipe "Egg kofta curry".This recipe i got from one blog. Her name is Arundathi
This i prepared long back. Now i am posting the recipes from the drafts. Here is the recipe

Ingedients:

For Kofta
Eggs-6
Onion-1
Green chillies-2 to 3
Salt to taste
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Oil-1 tsp
Turmeric-pinch
Coconut Powder-1 tsp
Rice flour-1 tsp
For gravy
Onions-1
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Garam masala-1 tsp
Coriander leaves-few
Tomatoes(small)2
Elachi-2
Cloves-2
Cinnamon stick-1
Turmeric pinch
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tsp

Method:
First we have to prepare the koftas.Take one bowl and Break the eggs and pour the whites and yellows in the bowl chop the onions and add all the ingredients for koftas i mentioned in the above except oil.
Now pace the guntaponganaalu pan on the heat and heat it.When it gets heat spray the oil and pour the mixture in it and prepare the egg koftas.
After one minute turn the egg koftas
Now keep this koftas aside and now prepare the gravy.
First cut the onions and tomatoes in cubes and blend it.

Now place the pan and heat it.Pour the oil and add the elachi, cloves and cinnamon stick and heat it.
Now add the tomato onion mixture and ginger garlic paste in it and fry until the raw smell goes. When the gravy leaves the oil add the koftas to it and mix it well.
Add water for the gravy.
To this add the chilli powder, coriander powder and salt to it.
Cook this for 2 minutes so that the koftas absorbs the gravy and it gives nice taste.
Finally add the chopped coriander to it .

Serve hot with rice or roti.
