Ingredients:
Fish-4 pieces(I use tilapia)
green chilli paste-1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Jeera powder-1/2 tsp
turmeric-pinch
curry leaves few
Coriander leaves few
Oil-1 tsp
Maida(All purpose flour)-2 tsp
Lemon juice-2 tspMethod:
First clean the fish with salt and the lemon juice.(By using lemon the smell goes)
Next clean the fish with water again and clean with the cloth or the tissue paper to take excess water.
Chop the curry leaves and coriander leaves add this to the mix.(I did not add this in the mix in the picture)Now take one bowl add all the ingredients except the Maida.Now apply this mix to the fish an keep it aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
Now place pan and heat it.Take the fish and just dip in the flour lightly and put this on the pan.If u want add some oil u can add here to fry the fish.
Fry this on both sides.Do this to all fishes. Take all fishes in one bol and serve this with hot rice .Or u can eat only fish.
