Ingredients:
Soya beans - 2 cups
Onions-2
green chillies-2
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli powder-Acc to ur taste
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
jeera-1/2 tsp
Turmeric-little pinch
dry red chilli pieces-few
Curry leaves-few
Oil-1 tsp(i use olive oil)
Method:
First i remove the beans from the pods and keep it aside.
Place the deep bottomed pan and heat it.When it gets heat add the oil .
To this add the mustard seeds when the mustard seeds starts to pop add the jeera,dry red chilli pieces,curry leaves and green chilli pieces.fry this for 1/2 minute.
Now add the finely chopped onions and turmeric.Mix it well fry this until the onions turns to light brown,
Add the ginger garlic paste mix well and fry until the raw smell goes.
Add the cleanes soyabean to this.Add the salt,chilli powder and water and mix well.
Cover this and cook this for 20 minutes in low heat.
After 20 minutes the beans are cooked.Take the curry in the serving bowl.
Serve hot with rice or roti.
