Hai friends today i am coming with Goat Keema Curry.This is first time i tried goat keema.It came out good and tasty.I used to try chicken but never try the Goat keema.I am not much found of Goat meat.But now a days i am very carving about this curry.Any way i tried and cam eout excellent.Ok lets go to the recipe.
Goat Keema-2 lbs
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Curry leaves few
Turmeric little pinch
Salt to taste
Chilli powder to taste
Garam Masala-1 tsp
Whole Garam Masala(Elachi,Cloves,Cinnamon)-2 to 3(each)
Pepper(Whole)-5 ot 6
Pudina-few or 1/2 cup
Oil-2 tsp(Use less oil because the meat itself looses oil)
First we have to clean the keema with the water and keep it aside.
Chop the onions,green chillies,Tomato and the coriander leaves and keep it aside.
I cook this the Pressure cooker to cook quickly.
Place the cooker and heat it.When it gets heat add the oil.
Now add the whole spices and the chopped green chillies and fry for 1 minute.
